Four adults and two children (4 & 6) spent an enjoyable two days in Hyannis in October. The weather was great. The beach was relatively close at hand. We did drive. However, if you are interested in exercise walking, it is not that far away. Marina's home was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Especially enjoyable for the children was the play structure in the backyard. We had two dogs with us and the yard was large enough for kids, dogs and adults to romp. We played kickball, the dogs stealing the ball whenever they could. We walked in the neighborhood as well. Minimal traffic. Marina coordinated arrangements artfully, sending us our damage deposit back in a very timely manner.

Can't describe this in any other way other than "the house that has EVERYTHING"!! Marina doesn't cut corners and stocks the house with absolutely everything you could possibly need.....umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, and on and on and on..... The linens and towels stock in the house are boutique quality and plush. The rooms are lovely and decorated like your own home. Doesn't feel like a rental at all.... My grandson LOVED the swing set in the backyard and my dog was happy because the yard is nice and big and totally fenced in and private. The beach is 1 mile away from the house....EVERYTHING is local and close...Hyannis Center, Shaws, BJ's, all are close, close, close! And best yet the house is always immaculate when I arrive.....and fully stocked with staples you need. Thanks Marina for a great vacation with my son, daughter, their spouses and my Grandson!!! Janet

I cannot thank Marina enough for our wonderful week on Cape Cod! The house was very clean and well stocked with all we needed for the week! The fenced in yard was terrific for my daughter and sons' dogs. Thank you Marina for the highchair for my granddaughter! The sunroom made a perfect playroom for our 2 little grandchildren. We loved Hyannis and went to "Tugboats" restaurant based on previous guests recommendations and it was great. Went to Falmouth for a day and it was lovely! The guys loved the 3 golf courses they played! If you are baseball fans...we went to a Cape Cod baseball game...great fun, right in Hyannis! This wonderful vacation with our 2 grown children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren will be the first of many...and we have Marina to thank for her lovely home! Again, Marina, thank you for a terrific week!...we will be back...for sure!!! You were a delight to work with!!

If you seek a very clean, simply decorated, well-stocked kitchen for your vacation needs, this home could be for you. We were two couples, one from Southern California, the other from South Florida, in town for a week to celebrate the 80th birthday of a dear friend. We hosted a gathering of ten adults for dinner one evening and found absolutely every kitchen item needed for the purpose. The mechanicals were all operating efficiently. The hot water supply seemed inexhaustible. At less than a mile from the property we found the Star Market (everything one might need), the Barnstable Bottle Shop (all spirits and numerous wine selections), a gasoline station, and the B&B Pizza Parlor (very good New York style pizza). The two queen beds were very comfortable, always a plus as far as we four are concerned. Wireless internet, essential in this modern era, was operating at peak performance. Although we did not use the deck off the kitchen and breakfast room due to cold and rainy weather, we would guess that a summer time renter would spend a good deal of time there. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone seeking less than four star accommodations. This is not the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton, but it is more than adequate from normal needs. Sincerely, Skip, Jane, Clay, and Paula

Marina, Thank you so much for providing all the comforts of home! Your Cape Cod property is in a perfect location to enjoy the entire Cape Cod area! You have thought of everything, pillows, beach chairs, directions to the goocery store, dinning suggestions, washer and dryer and the list goes on. All the rooms are nicely decorated and everything is very clean. The enclosed yard was perfect for our yellow lab. We used the outside deck for coffee in the AM and socializing with friends over drinks before dinner in the evening. We were more than comfortable...sleeping in the cozy beds. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. A perfect location for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you again for thinking of everything!

I rented the house for a small group of friends for Labor Day weekend. The whole process was so easy and pleasant. The owners were helpful and prompt with the rental process and information. Upon arriving, we were all smiles as we quickly saw the house and outside area were extremely clean, well-equipped, and spacious! We Large 3 bedrooms, big kitchen area, and amazing sunroom/patio/lawn area. We went to Craigville beach all day, which was so close and the included beach pass was an added bonus, and then cooked lobsters in the kitchen and steak tips on the grill for a big dinner on the patio before heading out to the downtown area for a night out. This place is an amazing rental for a small group of friends or a few couples looking for a getaway, and a family as well. I would highly recommend it to all interested in the posting!

Dear Marina and Family, We would like to thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful vacation home in Hyannis. It was all we could have hoped for and more. It had all the conveniences of being close to beautiful beaches, plentiful shopping and dining yet your home offered such privacy! We especially appreciated the beautiful deck, sunroom and the air conditioners and fans throughout the house. The house was faultless. We hope to be back again in the years ahead.

I can’t thank Marina and her family enough for providing my family with one of the best and most comfortable vacations we’ve had yet together. We are used to renting Cape houses in Dennisport but were more than pleasantly surprised at the convenience of staying in Hyannis. Some of our favorites included the fabulous bucket of steamers at Tugboats overlooking Hyannis Harbour and a delicious lobster dinner at the Old Yarmouth Inn (the beautiful scenic drive was an added bonus). However, some of our favorite meals together were cooked in Marina’s beautifully equipped kitchen and on her gorgeous, private and secure back deck. I’ve read the other reviews of this property and they are accurate about how meticulous Marina and her family are at providing the very best of the best. What was most surprising to me was the feeling that I was staying in a 4 star hotel but that during the time my family got to enjoy this wonderful house, it felt like it was truly our home. We had extended family staying in cottages in Dennisport and they all came to Marina’s for late night card games and backyard barbeques. We had tons of space for entertaining but the house never felt like it was “too big”. I rented this house specifically because my father had a stroke this year and has difficulty walking. I loved that it was all on one level for him. He got along famously and kept remarking that he loved his “Palace” and wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the Cape from now on! Thank you to Marina and her family for giving us a warm and wonderful memory that will last a lifetime!!

My family and I stayed in this home and had the most relaxing, wonderful vacation! The home was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need, from paper products to laudry detergent. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in yard made it ideal for families with pets and/or children. The sunroom enclosed by five sliding glass doors was a beautiful place to sit and have coffee in the morning or cocktails and games at night. We will definatly be back!

I rented this summer home with my boyfriend and we brought our two dogs along. The sunroom and fenced in yard were perfect for them. The house is very conveniently located- 1 mile from the beach and close to the supermarket, many good restaurants, and main street shopping. We utilized the beach pass as well as the towels and chairs that were provided for us making our beach days a breeze. The house is also stocked with linens, paper products, all the cooking essentials, cable and internet, washer and dryer- everything you could ask for. We stayed in to cook/grill several nights as the home was clean, modern, spacious and perfect for entertaining our family in the area.

Two friends and I rented out this home at the start of June, right before the prime vacation season. We were pleased to find the house very tidy upon arrival, containing all the conveniences we had expected, and then some. We made many home cooked meals, and watched movies or played cards every night in the spacious living room. (The beds were extra comfortable as well) The house was less than a mile from a supermarket, and within walking distance of a few restaurants, too. The property itself was on a nice, quiet street. Although we didn't visit the closest beach, we took the beach pass to both the Bass River Beach and Sandy Neck Beach, so we had no problems getting in or parking. Overall, the house was a great deal, and provided a perfect vacation spot for us.

Six friends and I rented out this gorgeous house for Memorial Day weekend 2010. The house was in perfect, pristine condition when we arrived. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach (the beach pass included with rental is perfect). Marina and her family obviously take great care to keep this house in order and ready for its guests. I'll definitely be returning.

This was our third and most memorable visit to Cape Cod. We arrived in the midst of tropical storm Danny and found welcome shelter in this very comfortable home. Settling in was made very easy. The house was immaculately clean and the owner had ensured our every need was catered for with the fine furnishings and extensive range of equipment she very generously provided. The next day, we began to realise just how close we were to a variety of very good shopping and tourist opportunities. The buzz of Provincetown at the end of the Cape was in just as easy reach as the journey back in time to the early settler experience at the Plimoth Plantation. Our beach experiences ranged from relaxing at the local Craigville beach to the exciting prospect of sighting great white sharks at Nauset. Our enjoyment of exploring the village style shops around Dennis, Chatham and Yarmouth was only bettered by the variety of shops to visit in Hyannis itself. Although the evenings turned somewhat chilly after sunset, a game of minigolf was within easy reach to keep us active and help us work up an appetite for dinner. Where to eat gave us no problems either. We mixed cooking for ourselves with the very high quality local produce and eating out. Our favourite restaurant has to be Tugboats in Hyannis. Friendly staff, a great menu and very tasty food made for two very enjoyable evenings and happy stomachs. Will we return to Hyannis - possibly. If we do, will we stay in the same house - most definitely. The owner was very accomodating and helpful and her home provided a very welcomimg, comfortable base for our relaxing, fun Cape Cod adventures.

I've spent my summers as a boy in Centerville at my parents house and have explored the entire Cape, but there is always something that attracts me to Hyannis. Maybe it's Craigville Beach or all the shops, restaurants and nightlife along the downtown strip or Hyannis Port. I was craving a vacation in the area, a place to relax and reminisce about my younger years. My girlfriend who has not seen the area, but heard me always talking about it decided that it would be a great vacation for us to spend time in the area. She searched and found the perfect place ... yours. I know sometimes pictures can't really describe a home, but it was everything you claimed it to be and more. It was clean. A clean you could smell and see. The description was perfect. It was close to the beach, exactly 1.5 miles. I only know this because she made me jog with her down to Craigville Beach each morning and we clocked it in the SUV. I know jogging? I thought I was suppose to be on vacation! Things a man will do for love. Any way, it's around two miles to the famous downtown Hyannis strip. Some great restaurants and bars on that strip. The yard is private, fenced for privacy, flowers everywhere and manicured. Our dog loved it. The neighborhood is really quiet, clean and safe. There's also this great sunroom, all glass sliding doors, in the back of the house with a rocking chair that was great to relax in. It was a big place with two nice clean bathrooms. The bedrooms are decorated nicely and we slept like babies. Although I was on vacation, I love to cook and I must admit, it's nice having all the tools, like pots and pans, beautiful glasses, dishes and silverware. Not to mention the kitchen is really nice with all it's new stainless steel appliances and the gas stove with gas burners is to die for. I would recommend this property to all, but really don't want to because we're afraid it will book up and we decided that next year, we're staying for two weeks. Thanks Marina for everything. We loved our stay and can't wait till next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home during the week of July 4, 2009. The home was fully stocked with everything we could possible need, including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped....we wanted for NOTHING!!! The beach is a very short ride and even more pleasurable walk (about 1.5 miles). I really felt as if we were guests in someone's current home (not just a beach house rental). The yard is beautifully landscaped and the house is cleaned well. Our puppy enjoyed the house too!

We rented this house for our family's one week vacation to Cape Cod. The house was just a few minutes from the beach, and came with a parking pass that saved $15 day. The property was clean, and well-maintained. It was fully stocked with all paper products, trash bags, etc. You don't need to buy anything, All we needed was food and clothes. The owners provided all linens, towels, and even the beach accessories!!. I would definately recommend this house to anyone visiting this area. It's a two minute trip to Hyannis, and you can get to most places on the Cape in a short time. We really enjoyed the house. We would definitly stay here again while on Cape Cod.

The house lived up to our expectations, clearly well maintained and meant to be enjoyed. We loved the fenced in yard which allowed us to relax on the deck while our grandson ran around and enjoyed himself. The proximity to downtown as well as the beach was a strong point for us as well, nice quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this home to anyone and will likely return to visit it ourselves.

Our family spent a week in Cape Cod this August and were fortunate enough to have come across Marina and her wonderful home. In reading the reviews on this site prior to committing, we were pleased with all the positive feed-back and felt comfortable in making our decision. Little did we know that NO WORDS written can truly convey all that this property offres in terms of value. From beach towels and chairs, to buckets for the kids and beach parking passes, high end linens to mouth wash and shaving cream, and even a Shaw's grocery crad attached to the sets of house keys offering discounted pricing on your groceries! Marina and her family have truly thought of everything in putting this property out there and their efforts bring to vacationers and their families exceptional comfort and value.............we will make this an annual visit for sure. George and family from Ottawa Canada.
