Dear Henry & Patricia, The muse does visit up here in the "Clouds" along with white tail deer and tom turkeys. The best visit was when you two joined Rose and me for salmon dinner. The snow is a nice touch this last morning....the frosting, if you will, on a week that offered all that I had hoped. I believe that I wrote well. Thanks for the retreat.

We came to Montana to spend time with our Grandmother Dot, who turns 102 years old in October. We really enjoyed your wonderful homeand the beautiful view of the mountains. We cooked out, played games, fed the horses and loved watching the deer and wild turkeys. Gram really enjoyed the chipmunks. We had a wonderful visit spending time with old and new friends. Thank you again for the use of your wonderful cottage. The stream is great.

Fabulous week in the valley. Took many hikes, luxuriated in the cottage with it's own horses, turkeys, deer, finches, and blackbirds. Lilacs were splendid too. We will be back! P.S. Saw bitterroots in the Willoughby 40!

It was our good luck to have dinner with Abrei last Thursday night when we were struggling to figure out our weekend plans. Her suggestion of Montana Creek Cottage for a few days was a blessing. Many thanks to Patricia & Henry for the opportunity to rest, write, and enjoy the wood stove. We feel restored. What a gift!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Stunning views from the kitchen and lots of grass for my babies to play on. Loved watching and feeding the birds...so many different types we do not have in Las Vegas. We do not want to leave! We will be back!

I don't know where to start, would it be the best time in Montana and this valley? Or the love coming from this cottage & ranch? Could it be the awesome scenery & ever changing views? Maybe it's the abundance of wildlife & great fishing? Well I think that's a good enough beginning, but now we are at the end and all I can say is Thank you for having us be at home at your home.

Vacation.....this is what it should truly be like. A simple place to relax and reconnect with family and the comforts of the outdoors. This has been a wonderful week for our family, hiking, rafting, learning of Montana history and enjoying the animals. Henry and Patricia have found a nice way to share Montana with the rest of the world.

We loved the cottage for our first time to Montana of many more to come. The kids saw their first moose, snow, and a cat eat a mouse in the yard! Great treats for city children. We'll recommend you!
