This newly constructed luxury resort is located on the beautiful Waipouli Beach coastline between the historical towns of Kapaa and Wailua. If it is Paradise you're looking for, you will experience just that when you stay at this luxurious, serene, and truly inviting condominium. Recently awarded "The 2006 Parade of Homes Award of Excellence", Waipouli Beach Resort and Unlimited Construction have proven their work to be "One Of A Kind". You will truly want to experience this island paradise for yourself.

To assure your vacation is fun-filled and relaxing, the resort houses a 2 acre pool with waterslides, a snack bar, and poolside refreshments. In addition to the Aveda Spa, Fitness Hut, and 3 sand bottom hot tubs, we are confident the beach side bar and grill will fulfill your hunger needs. Our condo is a 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath scenic mountain view unit that will sleep 2 to 6 comfortably. It offers a gourmet full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops, and includes a full sized washer and dryer.

The furnishings have been custom selected and include such names as Lexington and Tommy Bahama. To assure you rest peacefully, luxury bed linens and a variety of pillow options have been provided in both suites to guarantee your personal preferences are met. Escape and sleep comfortably in our master suite which contains a luxurious king size bed and/or our guest suite containing a queen bed. In addition, two pull out twin size leather ottomans are also available to accommodate additional sleeping needs (more them with ease throughout the condo and sleep restfully). We have created a kid friendly and/or adult oriented environment and will provide pool and water accessories, as well as beach towels, to ensure your pool side enjoyment.

First class shopping is located just down the street at the Coconut Marketplace, as well as the new grand opening of Costco in Lihue. The Princeville Resort, home of Golf Digests #1 Golf Course in Hawaii, is just 20 minutes North and a treat to all who enjoy the finest golf.

For those who are looking for adventure, Kauai is sure to please. Whether you are searching for an exciting journey or a relaxing adventure, the island offers endless possibilities.

If an oceanic or water experience fits your needs, one may choose to explore the Napali scenic tour, Wailua River Cruise, Kauai kayaking, or a number of sunset dinner cruises. The island also offers endless snorkeling and scuba diving (North, East, and South shores)as well as exciting mountain river tubing.

  • Tim and Malissa, Our family would like to share a rave review about the island, the Waipouli Resort complex, your condominium, and your level of service. We have been blessed with the opportunity to stay in many different resorts in the past, however, no other private owner has come close to your level of service. By level of service I am referring to the information provided prior to our arrival, amenities in the condominium, wealth of information available in the unit, and the timely response to any questions. My wife was concerned about the information stating the pool on the complex grounds was a salt water pool...not realizing that this is a BIG benefit (no burning eyes for the kids and no parched skin). I would (and will) recommend both a trip to Kauai and your condominium to others. Mahalo

  • We stayed at the Waipouli Resort during the first week of January & booked directly with the Mannings. We were pleasantly surprised just how much effort they put into their condo. Nice personal touches! Walking down to the sunrise each morning will be an incredible memory to us & the pool is unbeatable for kids! The Mannings provide all the extras for kids too! I would definitely recommend this condo.

  • We stayed over 2006 Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time at this Awesome condo And resort. There is a definite "Wow" factor with the Mannings Home-Away-From-Home! And they displayed nice Aloha hospitality that was impressive (gift bag, welcome phone call), helpful and appreciated. Grace, their nice cleaning lady, even showed her own "Aloha spirit" by letting us borrow her foam coolers to help us with our transferring food to a Poipu condo during our Kauai visit. We were pleased to be one of the first to stay at this nice beachfront Luxury Resort, with it's great pool area, premium furnishings, ammenities and decor. Our island view lanai was a favorite spot for dinning and reviewing our activities of the day. I think when the resort is completed (with two snack bars, a new restaurant, a gym, & Aveda Spa, etc.) it will have just about everything you'll want or need. To give a summary sketch of our happy experience at the new Waipouli Beach Resort; It Is A Great Place To Stay when exploring Kauai... & Will Get Better!   • We had the pleasure of staying in this condo in November, 2006. The furnishings were brand new and top notch, the decor very tasteful, the space was much more than ample, and the resort grounds and pool were beautiful. Waipouli is central to most of the best that Kauai has to offer, and we were able to go up to Princeville, and down to Poi'pu to snorkel while there. The Mannings were wonderful! They check on us by phone to make sure we got in okay, and they left a very nice welcome note and gift in each bedroom. There was a small amount of construction noise (there was still some work being done on the resort), but not enough to bother us. The area behind the resort is a little busy, but also has a Starbucks, a grocery store, and a drug store. The snorkel shops and multiple restaurants are also very nearby. All in all, I would definitely recommend this unit if you want a central location, luxurious furnishings, and all the comforts of home while you are in Kauai.

  • We recently stayed a week at your condo at Waipouli Beach Resort. We found all the furnishings to be top-notch – comfortable bed . It was nice to have grocery and other shopping close by. The swimming pool and hot tubs were amazing. The local restaurants that were nearby had great food. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back." Rich & Darlene
