This newly constructed luxury resort is located on the beautiful Waipouli Beach coastline between the historical towns of Kapaa and Wailua. If it is Paradise you're looking for, you will experience just that when you stay at this luxurious, serene, and truly inviting condominium. Awarded "The 2006 Parade of Homes Award of Excellence", Waipouli Beach Resort and Unlimited Construction have proven their work to be "One Of A Kind". To assure your vacation is fun-filled and relaxing, the resort houses a 2 acre pool with waterslides, a snack bar, and poolside refreshments. In addition to the Aveda Spa, Fitness Hut, and 3 sand bottom hot tubs, we are confident the beach side bar and grill will fulfill your hunger needs. Our condo is a 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath scenic mountain view unit that will sleep 2 to 6 comfortably. It offers a gourmet full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops, and includes a full sized washer and dryer.
The furnishings have been custom selected and include such names as Lexington and Tommy Bahama. To assure you rest peacefully, luxury bed linens and a variety of pillow options have been provided in both suites to guarantee your personal preferences are met. Escape and sleep comfortably in our master suite which contains a luxurious king size bed and/or our guest suite containing a queen bed. In addition, two pull out twin size leather ottomans are also available to accommodate additional sleeping needs (more them with ease throughout the condo and sleep restfully). We have created a kid friendly and/or adult oriented environment and will provide pool and water accessories, as well as beach towels, to ensure your pool side enjoyment.
First class shopping is located just down the street at the Coconut Marketplace, as well as the new grand opening of Costco in Lihue. The Princeville Resort, home of Golf Digests #1 Golf Course in Hawaii, is just 20 minutes North and a treat to all who enjoy the finest golf.
For those who are looking for adventure, Kauai is sure to please. Whether you are searching for an exciting journey or a relaxing adventure, the island offers endless possibilities.

Why the Owner Chose Waipouli
We have always enjoyed Hawaii and, with our island travels, found that Kauai stole our hearts back in 2006. Our family purchased our condominium for a multitude of reasons but, most importantly, to allow us an opportunity to retreat to paradise and enjoy the beauty of the Garden Isle. With young children, we find it very easy to get wrapped up in the busy day to day schedules we call "life", and very difficult to find a relaxing place to sit back and enjoy one another and the family we were blessed with.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Because our condominium is located centrally on the East shore of the island, we are able to travel to the most Northern tip and South Western margin in a very reasonable 30-40 minute outing. We could not say as much if we were located anywhere else on Kauai and find we can visit the entire island without resulting in sheer exhaustion and the children too tired to enjoy it.

We are a Christian family of four, born and raised in the state of Oregon. We have a striking 8 year old son and completed our family when we returned home in May of 2008 with our beautiful daughter from Ethiopia. We are truly blessed!

Tim and Malissa, Our family would like to share a rave review about the island, the Waipouli Resort complex, your condominium, and your level of service. We have been blessed with the opportunity to stay in many different resorts in the past, however, no other private owner has come close to your level of service. By level of service I am referring to the information provided prior to our arrival, amenities in the condominium, wealth of information available in the unit, and the timely response to any questions. My wife was concerned about the information stating the pool on the complex grounds was a salt water pool...not realizing that this is a BIG benefit (no burning eyes for the kids and no parched skin). I would (and will) recommend both a trip to Kauai and your condominium to others. Mahalo

We have been fortunate to be able to travel extensively and have used VRBO many times, but never have we come across the level of service or such a wonderfully appointed unit as this. Great location, very central if you needed to travel north or south and close to shops. The suggestions for activities and dining made by Tim and Malissa were spot on. We had a great time in a great stting. Many thanks for your thoughtful gifts and for the chance to stay in such a wonderful place.

We have stayed in this condo 3 times now and everything has been perfect every time. The complex itself is perfectly located in Kauai so that all parts of the island are accessible in 30-40 minutes or less. Great pool for the kids, great location on the beach - and located just across the street from Starbucks, Safeway, Longz drugstore, and everything else you could possibly need. This unit is great and has everything a family could need - and more. We certainly appreciate all the "extra" touches when we arrive: the macadamia chocolates, after sun lotion, gift packs for the kids, welcome CD and more! We have just completed our 3rd stay in this unit and are always sad to leave. Tim and Malissa are a pleasure to deal with, and all aspects of our reservation/stay have always been completely smooth and easy. We can't think of a negative thing to say about the unit or the owners. 5- Stars all the way around - thanks!

Immpeccable stay in luxurious condo at Waipouli

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo at Waipouli Beach Resort. The owners maintain the condo to the highest standards. It was beautifully decorated and designed. The website photos of the condo are nice but the condo is much more extravagant in real life. We had everything we could have possibly needed. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were high end and easy to operate. The owners and housekeeper were just a phone call away when we had questions and were extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone planning a trip to Kauai to stay here. It is the perfect location on the island for travelling to the south side or the north side. Our two favorite restaurants on the island were only about 5 minutes away or 15 minutes if you want to venture further out. Lemongrass Grill and Seafood is in Kapaa (only 2 minutes from the condo) and The Tavern Restaurant is located in Princeville, about a 20 minute drive from Kapaa. The food melts in your mouth at both restaurants. The condo has the neatest pool for kids and adults. It has two slides and beautiful waterfalls with small caves to relax in while swimming. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Kauai and will undoubtedly stay here again!

Deluxe Home Base When Visiting Kauai

We recently spent 12 days exploring Kauai. For the first few days we stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort. Our hosts were Tim and Malissa Manning. We could not have been more pleased with not only them, but with this centrally located, deluxe accomodation. Beautifully decorated with two master suites, 3 bathrooms, two large soaking tubs, a gorgeous fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a full sized washer and dryer. Pride of ownership was evident throughout this spacious vacation rental. I can't think of a thing that we could possibly have wanted for. The condo development is located directly across the street from a small shopping center complete with a safeway grocery store, and a few other shops. The property sits right on the beach. There is a restaurant on the property that serves evening cocktails, dinner and Sunday brunch. Not sure if they served lunch. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. We loved the "lazy river" pool: cool, refreshing, sparkly clean and never crowded! The sand bottom spas were awesome too! Our thanks to you, Tim and Malissa for making us feel pampered in your vacation getaway. Special thanks also to Grace who did a beautiful job of making sure the condo was immaculate when we arrived. We hope to return soon for another stay.

We spent a fabulous week in this condo in July 2011. It was VERY clean, comfortable, and they provided above and beyond touches to their condo to make it an amazing week for our family. We have stayed in many vrbo condos, and have always had great experiences in renting through this site - but this was hands down the best experience we have had to date!! The condo is located in a great complex with a fantastic pool that adults and kids can enjoy, and it is centrally located to everything on the island. We can't thank you enough for this experience it made the best family memories for my family!!
