Welcome to Sunrise 21 - Our fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom condominium in Tamarindo's most popular beach resort. Just purchased, this bright Costa Rica condo boasts new paint, linens and decor throughout its spacious 1400 ft2 floor plan.
Sunrise 21 is situated on the second floor and features a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and a private staircase leading to the pool deck. The spacious living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, a dining table that seats 6 comfortably, and a cozy seating area that opens onto the terrace. All linens, dishes, and flatware are provided. Just bring your swimsuits!

This Condo is great just like the photos, the location is great within the complex and view of pool and private stairs to the pool. Beach is directly across the street as well as a mini mart.
