This is our fourth year renting from Allen and we could not be happier. The condo is beautiful, well equipped, ski in-ski out; an absolute perfect location. The Mountain Village is a ten minute walk, or a two minute ride on the lodge's shuttle. The Gondola (free transportation to the village or town of Telluride) is a five minute walk. Allen is wonderful to work with and always makes sure everything is in order for a stress free vacation. We have been skiing Telluride for twenty years and if you are looking for a ski location that provides diverse terrain, no lift lines, friendly people and breathtaking scenary, Telluride is the place to visit and you won't find nicer, more convenient accommodations than offered by Allen. GREAT CONDO & GREAT LOCATION

We spent one week in January at this wonderful condo and everything was great. On check-in the front desk valet parked our car for free which is a bonus and the condo itself is fantastic, in a great location on the top floor (no noise from above) with a lift, and everything was clean and well maintained, can't fault it at all. You can basically ski in/out of this condo but if you don't want to you can alway catch the Lodge shuttle, especially at night and to the grocery store - very convenient. Owner Allen was terrific, answering all my questions and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great ski vacation.

Allen, This is our first opportunity since getting back from Telluride and we want to say your condo was absolutely beautiful, warm, functional and made our stay in Mountain Village a fantastic vacation. We will definitely recommend others to consider staying at your property. Of course, getting mother nature to dump over a foot of snow at village elevation and more up top certainly helps too. Our family of 4 had a great summer vacation. This condo was spacious, had everything we needed, and the kids loved taking the gondola everywhere. We would definitely rent from Mr. Ginsberg again.

We stayed at this Mountain Lodge Condominium from 18 - 23 June, 2008 to attend the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The accommodations were fantastic and the quick walk to the gondola for the ride over the mountain into Telluride was especially convenient. The staff at the main lodge were professional and courteous and the service was great. In addition, the property owner is very professional and courteous and was quick to respond to any and all inquiries. We'd definitely stay at this or a similar property again.

We were there for spring break. Perfect place for a family of 4 to 5. Great service from the staff. Convenient access to the slopes and the gondola.We even rented our ski equipment on the property with a 20% discount. Mr. Ginsberg is great to deal with.

Mr. Ginsberg is incredibly pleasant to deal with and made several calls to me to make sure that we had everything we needed, including ski passes. The weather was good and the skiing great.
