This beautifully-situated, spacious home on a double lot overlooking the widest part of the eleven-mile lagoon system in Palmetto Dunes is ideal for gatherings of families and friends as well as for special occasions such as weddings. It has six bedrooms and six and a half baths. There are windows and skylights everywhere, with approximately 6300 feet of living space. It also has a private heatable pool with a heated Jacuzzi and a private dock for fishing and crabbing, as well as multiple decks overlooking the pool and lagoon. To top it off, it is just a three-minute walk to the beach!
The first level includes a large living room, formal dining room, and kitchen with a breakfast room. There are two master suites on this level, one with a sitting area and his and her baths, the other with a sitting room with a wet bar and a screened porch. The second floor has four additional bedrooms plus a TV den with a sleeper sofa and four additional baths. There is also a wet bar with microwave and an additional sitting area on this level. A two-car garage is available, and from April to September there is a complimentary shuttle service throughout Palmetto Dunes and to nearby Shelter Cove.
