This house is offered as a short term rental only. It is available for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 2 weeks. A housekeeper will change the linens on stays that are longer than 7 days. She is also available to handle any problems that you may encounter since she is a local resident.
There are upper and lower decks in back with spectacular views. The house is nestled in evergreen trees. The lot has always been wooded, but twenty five years ago a hundred fifty seedlings were planted which have now reached maturity, adding to the feeling of privacy. The house is on a hillside and the back sits much higher than the homes below.
The homes across the street in front are situated so much higher that it is also very private in front. It is supplied with city sewer and water, and the streets are plowed by the city soon after every snowfall. Parking available for up to 5 cars.
