  Debbie has a fantastic condo that was great for our vacation to Disneyland. It was very easy to walk back and forth to the parks each day. There is a Target a few blocks away that was great for groceries and sunscreen. The listing was exactly as described. It was clean and the pictures give an accurate view of the layout. Debbie was very helpful before and after our trip. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Disneyland or the convention center.

  This was our first time using VRBO but it definitely will not be our last. Our stay was over 8 days and with three kids we wanted something more than a hotel room. We definitely found it with this condo. From the time of booking to the end of our stay Debbie was very quick to response to questions or concerns. The condo itself was lovely and clean with the pictures posted very accurately representing it. It is extremely well stocked and there wasn't one thing that we could not find. The beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the cable\DVD Player and the adults appreciated the wireless internet. Most evenings my husband and son returned to the park while my girls and I stayed home and I felt very safe there on my own. There was a Target close by for groceries which was perfect. When we return for another visit to the area I would not hesitate to book this condo again. Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful holiday ! We will definitely recommend it to friends travelling to Disneyland.

  This was clean, welcoming and a perfect place to stay for our Disneyland visit with our grandchildren. We could easily come back and take an afternoon break and return at night. It sure beats staying in a hotel. I can't tell you how many times all 6 of us said we were so thankful for such a comfortable place to sleep and relax. It had everything we needed including Disney Dollars. Thanks so much!

  We were a group of 7... Mom, Dad, 3 Sons, 2 nephews (kids are 12-21 years old). Everyone was comfortable. Lovely condo, all the amenities of home, centrally located to everywhere you might want to go while on vacation in Orange County: Disney Parks, Knott's Berry Farm, Dining, The Great Park of Orange County (free helium balloon rides), Arboretum, 5 beaches, Outlet malls (3 outlet malls at 15-30 minutes drive distance from the house). Just a great location priced better than anything else I found and decorated and furnished to make you feel like you paid a whole lot more for the privilege. The owner is very easy to work with and the house was just as clean and lovely as it looks in the pictures. Highly Recommended!

  Debbie did a fantastic job making us feel at home. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there - shampoo, laundry soap, etc. A big thank you for the welcome gift and providing us with everything we needed during the stay. The location is great - close to Disneyland (15 min walk) and close to Target and many great restaurants. Thanks again!

  We needed to be near the convention center, and this condo was five mins away. The place was immaculate and comfy. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with. One thing: I could not find a corkscrew! Thanks again.

  This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the theme parks as we were. Myself, and my fiance, were brave enough to take 5 children for a weekend at Disneyland. The condo was the perfect size for the 7 of us, and Debbie was a very thoughtful hostess even leaving some "Disney Dollars" for us upon our arrival. The pool area is just a quick walk from the condo door, and it was deserted each day. We were the only ones swimming each night, and the pool did not close until 10 p.m., so we still had time to get in a little water time after the parks each day. The condo is very well equipped, with washer/dryer, plenty of extra linens, and a nice basic staple stock in the pantry. We will definitely use this property again should we ever decide to visit the area again. Thank you Debbie for a great weekend!

  We stayed here for 6 nights and we had plenty of room for my family of 7. There was a crib supplied for my youngest and the beds were comfortable. There was a garage to park in which gave us a very secure feeling for being in a new place. We walked around the complex and it was well maintained and the pool area was very nice. The walk to Disney is about 1 mile and was very pleasant. It took us about 20 minutes to get all the way to the gate. There was a Target store with groceries about 2-3 miles away that we frequented. The condo is a two story so if you have small kids that may be a concern but otherwise we enjoyed the home and the owner was easy to work with.

  We opted to get a condo over a hotel room, and we are so happy we did. We loved having the three bedrooms and the extra space. We cooked breakfast and packed our lunches into Disneyland. The little extras like dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoos/conditioners, beach equipment, DVD's and XBOX games, and etc. really made a difference. We ended up driving to Disneyland each day and paying to park at the Marriott Fairfield across the street. You could walk, but it would be a long one, especially for little kids. Overall, we had a great experience staying here.

  This place was an absolute blast to stay at. When we arrived, we had a personal hand written note addressed to us thanking us for our stay. We also were provided with a nice suvenior of $10 in Disney Bucks. It was just a nice gesture of the owner to make us feel welcome. The condo was gorgeous, and we could not find anything better for the price. The beds were so soft and comfortable. I felt that they were much more comfortable than hotel beds. Our kids slept peacefully in the room next to us and had plenty of room for all their belongings. Having the enclosed two-car garage was so convenient, as well as the laundry machines that were definitely helpful during our stay. You can't get that at a hotel. We were located in the best location, right behind the Anaheim Convention Center. We were just a 3 minute drive to the Disney parking lots and a few blocks from the grocery store. Everything seemed to be right where we needed it to be. We didn't spend much time driving around finding things. The neighborhood was so quiet, and we even met a few people who live in the complex. They were very nice. And the pool and hot tub was fabulous. It was nice having our own little BBQ while swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will definitely be booking our next vacation here again. Thank you Debbie for making our stay so relaxing.

  We booked this condo because we were going to be at the Anaheim Convention Center for the World's Robotics Championship, it is just a few short blocks to front of convention center from condo! This condo was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8 and Debbie the owner was very prompt returning all calls/e-mails etc and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! The grounds are well kept up, the complex is clean and quiet and I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Debbie for making our stay so enjoyable!!

  This is a very nicely appointed condo in an outstanding location! We commuted back and forth between the amusment parks in under 10 minutes. We had a party of nine and no one felt crowded in this well-laid out unit. There were air mattresses for more people we didn't need to use. The large complex pool was a nice bonus.

  The condo was very nicely decorated. The kitchen was furnished minimally but for a short stay it is okay. One of the cable boxes did not work so only had one TV and it was not corrected during our stay which was a disappointment. Also found out the week before our stay the roofs were going to be worked on so had to have our car out of the garage before 7 am which was an inconvenience. Would have been nice to have a couple of patio chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The location was great and certainly would recommend it if using it mainly for sleeping.

  Our family of 4 stayed at this wonderful condo for a Disneyland vacation. It was so much more comfortable having a 3-bedroom home with family room and kitchen than it would have been sharing a small hotel room. The condo is about a 20 minute walk to the gates at Disney. We also loved having a garage to put our rental car in. The home itself has been completely updated with new floors, paint, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home versus a hotel where a family would have much more space. The owner Debbie responded quickly to any emails or questions we had. Thanks Debbie for nice place to relax!

  My family and I had a great stay in this rental home. It was only 25 minute walk to Disneyland front door and was very quiet. The home was basic but was very clean and tidy. Would be nice to have the pool heated but there was a hot tub to compensate. Nice greeting package, easy to get into the home for the first time, and thanks for the Disney $s Debbie. Overall we were very pleased with the experience. Lets switch that queen bed into a king bed though in the master bedroom. :)

  I have to say this was one of the best places I have stayed. The beds were great to sleep on, the place was very clean, and right next to the convention center. The rent was also very good... Debbie also let me check in early to store my things... Thank you sooo much Debbie!!

  I would recomend the location for any family, or small group, and the biggest thing is i would return as a customer. The home was very clean, great furniture, and comfortable for the 6 of us, child friendly and nice grounds around the home. Debbie was avaliable if anything was needed and went to extra effort to meet one of our special needs. She has lots of small things around the home to make the stay more comfortable (small shampoos, coffee, laundry detergent), attention to detail my only suggestion would be that Debbie have a couple bottles of wine, or a case of beer (were Canadian), waiting in the fridge! thanks Debbie

  We really enjoyed staying at your condo. We have rented through HomeAway before and always been happy with the selection, but I would say yours was one of the best we've stayed at. You obviously take good care of your rental property and your renters! The condo was very clean and nice. Even our college-age kids commented on how great it was! We were close enough to the beach that we went there several days. Plus, it was such a convenient walk to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
