Enjoy one of the most outstanding, waterfront condos in all of Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Not only do you have comfort, an excellent view, and privacy as well.

We would like to share our recently remodeled penthouse on the water in Cancun. This is not a hotel, but a medium sized condo with the largest beach in Cancun or The Riviera Maya. It features a magnificent view of both the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon. Arise early for your walk on the beach while collecting sea shells.

Enjoy the sunset and your candlelight dinner on your own private balcony while enjoying your view of the lagoon. You can also see the moonlight and sunset while laying in your bed in bedroom number two.

Watch the sunrise from your dining table. Also, you can soak in the sunrise with a cup of coffee from one end of your private roof top terrace, or enjoy the sunset from the other side of the terrace while sipping a glass of wine. If you prefer, you can also sun yourself in complete privacy on the terrace.

The condo is located on the ocean side of the island, only 6 miles from the airport. Entering the condo, you will be surprised by the huge, fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area. You will pass the 1/2 bath/laundry room on your way to the large living area featuring a day bed and large sofa bed for two. The living area is all glass on one end to give an unobstructed view of the lagoon and the entrance to the private balcony.

Going up the stairs, the master bedroom has a large mirrored closet and king sized bed. You can enjoy the Caribbean and sunrise when you wake up. It features a full bath in the bedroom. Bedroom #2 features (2) twin sized beds, and a full bath in the bedroom for your added privacy.

On the premises, you will find a convenience store, a laundromat, a pool, a kids pool, beach and pool palapas, direct beach access, free parking, and a newly remodeled tennis court. We have a 24/7 security system.

The Cancun area features activities for everyone. Take a tour of the Mayan Ruins at Tulum or Chichen-itza, or take a short walk down the street to Ruins del Rey. You can snorkel or dive off the beach, or take a boat to the reef for an unforgettable experience. Take time to go to the Parque (park) Nizuc water park which is a short distance away and can be reached by public bus in front of the condo. Visit the flea markets, site see or take a moonlight ride on a pirate ship to Isla Mujeres. There are so many activities that it will be hard to select which you prefer. There is a Wal-mart superstore, a Sam's and a Costco in town which can also be reached by public bus for about 40 cents. Cancun has an excellent and cheap bus system as well as many cost efficient taxis.
