We really enjoyed the new pool table and of course, the hot tub. We rode to Deals Gap and the Tail of the Dragon, the Cherohala Skyway, Hellbender 28 and the Foothills parkway. When ont on our bikes, we "Duckied the Nanny" All in all, it was a teriffic time!

What a cozy place to stay on a cold winter weekend. Thanks for providing all the comforts of home: lots of blankets, pillows, and even a Christmas tree. Loved the background sounds of nature -- creek, cows, and cute little dogs.

This was a great cabin to spend Thanksgiving in. We rode the Dragon's Tail 5 times and travelled all over from Gatlinburg to Highlands. I am sure that this will not be our last stay.

What an awesome cabin you have! We have enjoyed this place so much! Plenty of space and such a nice deck... Nicely decorated as well. As if we got the true mountain experience as opposed to staying in hotels.

We found the cabin so comfortable to see and it had everything we could need. While here we were able to se and do so many things. We visited Joyce Kilmer National Forest, Fontana Dam, and Fontana Village. Went to Cherokee and saw the Oconaluftte Indian Village and then to Clingman's Dome (What a climb, but what a view!) and found Rufus Morgan Waterfall. As you can see, we squeezed a lot of things into our time here. Most of all we enjoyed spending some quiet time on the porch enjoying our family and friends. Our time here has reinforced our belief that God created a beautiful Earth for us to enjoy. I took so many pictures and I look forward to sharing them when we get home. We drove a little on the Tail of the Dragon ... Wow!

Great Cabin! Well equipped. Hot tub provided hours of entertainment, especially for our children. Lots to do locally, horseback riding at Fontana, rafting and hiking. Boating on the Santeetlah it all provided unforgettable memories. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Cabin! Fishing on the Snowbird Creek was great. NOC Ducks (big raft) are the way to go on the "Nanny". Very Peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. We had a wonderful time. We went rafting down the Nantahala and had a lot of fun. Hiked to the waterfalls near Deep Creek and watched the tubers on the creek. We thought the creek might be too low. We did have a blast horseback riding with the family. Thanks again for the wonderful memories.

Wonderful Vacation. Loved all the wood tones & decorations. Comfy furniture & beds. Quilt hanging in the great room a favorite. The room arrangements were ideal for our 3 generations. Too many things to do and not enough time.

Thank you for the accommodations. It was very peaceful and calm. You have a lovely home just wish it was closer to the water ways, but the ride through the mountains were beautiful.

Had a great time, accomodations were super with plenty of room and comfort! The entrance to the drive was a little tricky for bikers you need to take a wide turn and it worked out OK. Thanks again, you have a great home.

Dear Alan, What a great time we've had. Your cabin was just perfect for all of us and so beautifully decorated. We couldn't have asked for better weather. No matter what we needed, from seasoning to a hairdryer, it was there. The thought of going back to the hustle & bustle of the city makes me very unhappy. Thank you very much for a perfect vacation home.

Alan, Great cabin, we love your crazy quilt!!! You have thought of everything. We wer looking for a place to relax and unwind and Fox Hill Cabin fit the bill. Enjoyed the sites and sounds and lack of sounds :). We really enjoyed the snow, 3-4 inches that arrived on New Years Day! The snow stick around till the 4th of January. Thanks!

Had a great time! The cabin is fantastic. We've been in this area of NC many other times, but not this far west. We re-visited Wheels Through Times in Maggie Valley, shopped in Dillsbore, Sylva and Robbinsville. Last day the weather warmed enought for the hot tub.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Fox Hill Cabin. The leaves were still very colorful when we arrived, so we had a spectacular view around us. The weather was perfect, so we were able to hike the Cheoah Nat'l Forest. We also enjoyed the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad ride in Bryson City and a day trip to Ashville. If you get to Ashville, be sure check out the Mellow Mushroom Pizza place, best pizza ever plus atmosphere. Thank you for sharing.

We've had a wonderful time again on our second visit to your Beautiful cabin! Thank you for making it available to us - don't think we ever want to stay anywhere else! We went on our usual motorcycle routes & also found new ones. We had no trouble getting in the driveway on our sport bikes. There are supposed to be bald eagles at Santeetlah & Fontana Lakes...still lookng.

We had such a great vacation here! We hiked in the Joyce Kilmer Nat'l Forest, rafted the Nantahala, rode horses in Nantahala Forest and read books on the porch. We relaxed together & played together & thoroughly enjoyed our time. We can't wait to return. Thanks for having us here.

We had a good stay at your cabin. We hiked down to the creek, flip-flops are not the shoe of choice! We had a fun time taming the Dragon and running the Skyway...Counting the foxes offered entertainment. Thanks for the stay! We all had a lot of fun up hear. The baby had a lot of fun playing in the creek. We had a great time "Taming the Dragon". White water rafting would have been more fun if I hadn't fallen out of the raft. We wouldn't have traded it for anything.

We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful cabin. Our vacation was filled wiht white water rafting, rocking on the front poarch while reading a great book, fishing every stream in town & just RELAXING. If you have never seen flying squirrels you are in for a treat...watching them soar over the deck...For great Mexican food, try Pacifico Mexican Restaurant.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Your house and area is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot-tub and the weather. Bob Sellers took care of us with a pontoon boat rental, very nice man. Hope to return simetime.

Our familey really enjoyed the comfy cabin& all its ammenities- esp. the hot tub, front porch & horse shoes. We loved the rafting, tubing in Deep Creek & a day on the lake.
