Come to your home away from home. Our villa is extrememly well appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It also includes a flat screen TV with DVD player, walk in closet, and private entrance to lania. The second bedroom has two twin beds. It also features a walk in closet and TV. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower. The kitchen if fully stocked and ready for any meal you wish to make. We even provide a crock pot, bread maker, and juicer for your convenience. The dining table seats 4 and there is a bartop with 2 additional seats. The living room is very comfortable with a full sleeper sofa and loveseat, TV, and stereo system. The screened-in lania has seating for 6 and leads out to the back fenced yard where you will find a small patio, fruit trees, and an in-ground pool. The laundry room is located off the lanai and has a full size washer and dryer.
Neighborhood: Sun-N-Lake is a quiet neighborhood with much to offer. There is golfing, community events, and it is close to everything. It is only a quick 5 minute drive to all the major shops and restaraunts, and 35 minutes to Florida's newest attraction, Legoland. The villa is the end unit in a group of six. The pool is shared only by the six villas and is fenced in for privacy. The fruit trees are right out the back door of the villa and are free to be picked.
Owners: John and I, Sarah, live locally and are available at any time. We often stay at the villa during the summer to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. We bring our children, enjoy the pool, and make sure that the villa remains comfortable and usable to any quest that might come. We take pride in our property and do our very best to make it the best stay you could possibly have.

Villa was as described and in a great location for biking, golf, and visiting area places of interest. The owners are very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.
