Sterling Oaks - Recently built (2006 model) 2 bedroom + den condo in highly desirable, gated tennis community. This lovely home sleeps up to 5 people comfortably with a den with a sleeper sofa that can be used as a 3rd bedroom with closing double doors. The Lanai view provides a beautiful view of the lake and colorful landscaping. We have 2 Flat Panel LCD TVs in the Living room and Master bedroom. Note: See my website (link is below) for many lovely photos of the Condo.
The resort community is close to U.S. 41, beaches (within a couple miles), shopping and restaurants. The condo boasts beautiful granite countertops, antique white cabinets, 18" tile, and carport parking along with Tennis Club/Pool/Restaurant.
Sterling Oaks is a gated, upscale tennis community located on a nature preserve with excellent amenities. The Community boasts twelve lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and a USTA professional on-site, and a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool with a tiki bar. The Clubhouse is 10,000 square foot with a full service restaurant.
Very near the Clubhouse (closest in the community); Walk to the Pool, Clubhouse and Tennis Courts. Great fitness center with men's/women's saunas/showers.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished with all amenities. Rooms were comfortable, quiet, bright and sunny, nice size and great location near pool, club house and tennis courts. The owner was helpful and available for any questions. The listing photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance.

12/22/10 - We were at Sterling Oaks at Jade and Rob Wagner's condo for the whole month of November 2010 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and is so well located for tennis lovers or pool fans. The condo has everything you would expect, to cook or to rest on the beach. We recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Condo. The condo was actually better than shown in the listing photographs; neat, clean, comfortable, nice size, and well located. Rob was always helpful in answering questions and getting us acclimated. We enjoyed the bike paths, Corkscrew sanctuary, the Everglades and several flower and antique shows. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this property.

01/08/10 Positive What a wonderful condo, exactly as depicted in photos! We stayed at the Wagners' condo in December 2009 and enjoyed the place immensely. The unit has all the amenities of home. The views from the lanai and master bedroom are quite peaceful. Rob Wagner was accessible and accommodating. Would highly recommend this unit and hope to visit again soon.

As others have stated, it's close to the tennis courts and the large beautiful pool which has a section for young children. Sandwiches and drinks are available there five days a week.
