It is located just one block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, and just a 2 minute walk to the chairlift at the base of Peak 9.
This condominium has hardwood floors throughout the entry area and large, open living and dining area.

Six of us (3 adults and 3 children) spent 1 excellent week at Breckenridge. And we really enjoyed Simon's condo. Place is clean and spacious enough for 6 people. Everything inside condo is fully functional. According to best Eastern European tradition, we made a lot of home meals. All kitchen amentities work perfectly fine. Everything in town (shops, restaurants) is walking distance. We did not use car much except for airport transfers. But the most important thing is proximity to ski lift. Hard to fing anything closer, unless you think that 100 yards is a long distance. And you can believe VRBO listing photos! We will definitely consider this place in the future. This condo was wonderful. It fit everyone comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked. We were only disappointed in the pull out beds as they were worn and the bathroom ceilings had mold spots. However, the condo was clean and everything worked for our needs. The lifts were close and my family had a wonderful time.

Thank you for a terrific stay in Breckenridge! The condo was very nice and VERY clean! We could ski to the bridge, and then it was a SHORT walk to the condo. Everything in the condo worked beautifully. Thank you for your kindness in working with us on our vacation!
