This luxury two storey home is only minutes walk to Jan Juc surf beach and the Torquay Golf Course. Consisting of four large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area on both levels this spacious home has room to move for either a large family group or two smaller families. Bedrooms consist of four queensized beds, sleeping eight people all up. The ground floor layout includes a large open plan living and entertaining area heated with a feature gas log fire, large LCD TV & DVD player, stereo system and overhead fan for the warmer days. The well equiped kitchen includes an extra large electric oven with gas burners and two drawer dishwasher. Leading from this area brings you outside to a large north facing decked area with BBQ, outdoor setting, drinks fridge and wood fired pizza oven. Plus if this isn't enough to keep you entertained and occupied there is also an indoor five seater hot tub!
The main bedroom is also located downstairs and includes an ensuite with double sized shower and separate toilet. Upstairs you have three more large bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The main bathroom includes a shower and separate bath. The second roomy living area upstairs is also equipped with LCD TV, seating for six and leads out to another north facing deck area. The downstairs laundry includes washer & dryer and leads out to a courtyard with separate drying area. Also included is a double remote garage.
All in all this spacious home is very well appointed and ideally positioned for a relaxing holiday by the seaside.
