The property was clean and had easy access Mt. Warner bus line. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

This condo has to be the best deal in Steamboat! It was close and convenient to the slopes (either by bus or 5 minute drive to the Meadows Free Lot) and had everything we needed. The two levels made it great for our family of five. We've stayed a lot of places, and none have felt as spacious and comfortable as this. The hot tub was a great bonus...and we couldn't complain about the well equipped kitchen. Nothing was lacking (not even the much celebrated Steamboat POWDER!). It's not granite and glamour, but a fantastic place for a family to stay. We loved it!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your townhome. We loved the location and well equipped kitchen. Had fun going to Fish Creek Falls & Alpine slides. We also enjoyyed shopping for half off shirts & sweatshirts. We loved Taphouse Sports Bar & Old Towne Pub. Great food & drinks. Used the pool and spa in the clubhouse. Had the place to ourselves :)

We had a great time in Steamboat this year--as we always do. Our tradional favorite activity remains the hike to Fish Creek Falls. This year we got great pictures of our 18 yr. old and 9 yr. old (he turned 9 on Sat., Aug 8) standing under a waterfall. This year we also played tennis, rode the Alpine Slide, shopped and tried to conquer the new climbing wall at the pool (Rec. Center pool). All in all, it was a great 3 day end to our 12 day summer vacation. We totally enjoyed the condo--glad we were able to work out our stay with you. Maybe again another time! Thanks.

Thanks Julie! We came for the Triple Crown Softball Tourn. tied 2 Lost 1 Won 2 and now were in the semi-finals! Everything was nice and clean! Supplies were great! Loved staying here!

Celebrating Katie's 21st Birthday--SLeeding yesterday afternoon, dinner at the Rio and lots of fun at the Condo. It snowed nice big flakes and the weather was nice for our visit to Strawberry Springs. It was a great weekend with a great group of people. Happy 21s Katie!

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat--We expecially loved the bus being so close and available to the ski area and downtown. Thank you for keeping this place so clean--that in itself was a big plus. We will be back. We really enjoyyed our weekend. Everythink was grand. Only one suggestion--You need a new couch.

We enjoyed our stay. Different family members came up at different times and was very easy for everyone to find. Good location. Enjoyyed coffe in the morning on your deck. Strawberry Park is very nice. We are leaving my daughter up here to attend Colo. Mtn. College to start her engineering degree, so I'm sure will be back if your townhouse is available. Thanks.

We brought the boys up for the TRiple Crown World Series! We had a great time white water rafting, alpine slide, tubing the river, etc (oh yeah, baseball too!!!). Thanks.

U S Field 10k Track & Field brought us here--We then enjoyed the mountains, rivers and beautiful surroundings. A hot air balloon ride and gondola ride took us to greater heights. Great accommodations for family. Thanks.

We had a great time here in Steamboat. We packed a lot in our 2 1/2 days. We did mini golf, Rodeo, Strawberry Park, Fishcreek Falls, shopping down town, Gondola Ride, Alpine Slide, and Steamboat Lake. Weather was glorious and we spent most of our time out side--did lots of walking. 4 Cedar Court worked out great for us--great location and accomodations. We were visiting our cousin/niece Kkaty who moved out here in January.

Spring Break!!! Thanks for sharing your condo McCunes (do you have a place in Key West?) The weather was great except missed ballooning. We highly recommend snowmobiling and tubing at Saddleback Ranch--Garad was great!! Old Town Pub--prime rib burrito was delish--come to Texas and we we'll loan you a place--Thanks.

Great place to stay; loved being on the bus route! At least 12" of fresh powder everyday. On Sat. we had 3 ft! I love your condo but altitude sickness can ruin a vacation but I hope to come to Steamboat again some time!

2007 Triple Crown World Series. 9U Diggers from Colorado Springs. Steamboat is great! We loved it here! Bike trails, Strawberry Park, the waterfall, and baseball all made this a great vacation. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We had a good time. It was pretty warm for Colorado--mid 90's during the day. Condo was great, centrally located for everyone's interest. We enjoyed fishing in Casey's Point, Hot Springs and Fish Creek Falls. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Thanks for a Great Vacation!

We had an awesome time!! (as we always do!) Average temp was 87 degrees. Came for baseball tourney, lost our shirts!! However we managed to have lots of fun. Alpine slie, Fish Creek Falls, tubing in Yampa and lots of swimming in pool and shopping downtown oh and the rodeo was full of action. Thank you for the use of your condo; it made our stay very comfortable, perfect for our family and a couple of extras. Hope to be here soon. Thank you again.

The townhouse was great, being right on the bus route was excellent and made getting to the ski resort so easy! We had a car but only used it for going into town. Parking was great right at the front door. Tons of snow the week we were there! Steamboat has alot to offer and was a great place to spend a week vacation. The beds upstairs are fullsize, not queen size, which was fine for my family but should be noted for travelers.
