My wife, daughter and I decided to spend our first winter in Florida and chose this condo for our stay. Have to say it was more than we expected. The description did not do this place justice. It was beautiful in every way - from the view to the comfortable surroundings. It is a beautiful spot where you get to wake up every morning to a million dollar view, and the sound and sight of waves crashing on a beautiful sandy beach. Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The view from the condo balcony is unbelievable... even the pictures don't show the full extent of the beauty! Everything in the condo was immaculate upon our arrival. The condo was perfect for our needs, with a well stocked kitchen and just the right amenities. We cooked dinner many nights, and had everything in our home away from home! The owners were also very responsive during our decision-making and during out stay. We actually stayed 2 nights in their Orlando condo as part of our vacation. It is also a wonderful property, right across from Disney. We saw the best of Florida with most of our time at the beach, and a couple of days in Orlando in the middle of the stay (followed by more beach time, diving, snorkeling, and boating!). There were great restaurants around, and we particularly enjoyed the "Fish Shack". Bubba Gumps was a great family experience as well. This condo is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We stayed the month of March and loved every day we were here. Also found some great restaurants nearby and enjoyed Cardinal Spring Training. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo located in a friendly, quiet community with a beautiful, uncrowded pool deck and tennis courts. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony which offers a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrises. The owners were very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Cancellation policy:
1). Once your reservation is confirmed by the owner, you are entitled to use this vacation home with all furniture, appliance, full kitchen, HD cable TVs, Wi-Fi Internet, phone service (US & Canada), and iPhone/iPad compatible printer in the reserved dates. The utility, electric, cable TV, Wi-Fi, phone (US-Canada) are included in the rent. (2). Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 persons. (3). The check-in time is 3:00PM; and check-out time is 11:00AM. (4). Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Resort and Condo Association Rules, plus any specific rules posted. No smoking and no pets are permitted inside the condo; plus rules for pools and tennis courts. (5). Reservation Deposit: A reservation/security deposit may be required. The deposit could be refunded provided no deductions are made due to: i. Damage to the property or furnishings (not limited to the amount of the deposit); ii. Breach of the rental agreement or cancellation of the reservation. iii. Extra cleaning or de-odor is required due to excessive unsanitary conditions. iv. If the guest chooses to NOT do a departure time cleaning to put the condo back to the conditions at the check-in time, $85 will be deducted from the deposit and transferred to our cleaning agent for cleaning. (6). Cancellation 60 days before the check-in date with full refund of the paid rent.
