Villa facade - Puerto Rico, Caribbean Vacation Villa at Dorado Del Mar Country Club Visit this beautiful, large, 4,000 square foot, four-story, fully furnished and air conditioned Villa on the grounds of the Dorado del Mar Golf and Country Club. This is a gated elegantly manicured community with 24 hour security. Within the villa there is a shared pool, putting green, tennis courts, and playground. Guests of this villa have access to the Beach facilities, Spa, Restaurants, Lounges, and Bars of the Embassy Suites Hotel located within walking distance in the same private community. Golf the Chi Chi Rodriguez designed golf course (considered the most challenging in Puerto Rico) outside the back door. Eat meals, barbecue, or relax below the shady tropical vegetation of the private patio on and with spectacular views of the golf course. Sunbathe or watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace on the 4th story. Enjoy time with family and friends watching a movie on the large screen TV in the family room. The ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms, half bath, and personal patio (which overlooks the golf course). There are four master bedroom suites (2 King Size Beds, One Queen Size Bed, and One Full Size Bed), two per floor, each with private full baths and verandas. Two bathrooms have bidets and bathtubs, one of the tubs being extra large. There are two twin size air mattresses available upon request. Located just 35 minutes from San Juan, Old San Juan, and Plaza Las Americas (the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean), this is the ideal location to enjoy those things the city has to offer yet be able to escape the chaos of the city to the comfort, quiet, and relaxation offered by a small town. The immediate surrounding area is full of fast food restaurants as well as local eateries and high end restaurants specializing in Puerto Rican foods, seafood, and steak. Grocery stores, franchise pharmacies, ice cream parlors, movie rental stores, and retail stores are located just outside the community within walking distance. This is truly the perfect location to enjoy an unforgetable vacation in the Caribbean. The ocean is pristine, the people are friendly, the weather is incredible, and the food is delicious. Taxis are available. Recommend renting a car at the airport. There are multiple car rental companies located directly within the airport.
