This lovely three bedroom, three bath home in the centro adjacent to the lower Balconies area of San Miguel is perfect for those who want a cozy convenient place to stay with a spectacular view of the town and an authentic Mexican feel. Mexican art, tiles and metal work are located throughout the casa. It is an easy ten minute walk to the center of town (the historic Jardin).
The first guest room is on the main floor next to the living room and near its own bath. This main level of the house has an open living room/dining room with gas fireplace and a Mexican tiled kitchen and small bar. It opens to a wonderful private inner courtyard with beautiful mature plantings and an enormous tree. Also opening on this courtyard is a second guest room with full bath tucked away at the rear of the secluded courtyard.
The master bedroom with its own gas fireplace, Mexican tiled bath and private terrace for relaxing is on the second level. It can be conveniently accessed from either the center courtyard or from inside the house. On the third floor you will find a full laundry and another sitting area where you can kick back, have a tequila or margarita and enjoy those great sunset views of San Miguel after a day in the surrounds.
The casa has a housekeeper who comes three times a week to clean and serve your needs. |
