Welcome to Destin, Florida with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters! We have a three bedroom two bath condominium fully furnished with all kitchen appliances, towels, linens, and blankets! Unlike many other properties in the area Shoreline Towers is located directly on the beach with no road to cross!
Our condominium has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and is located on the seventh floor of Tower III. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and large closet. The third bedroom has two Twin futon beds and a closet, great for children. Our condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condominium consists of four TV's, one VCR and one DVD player. Our unit is also very child efficient as we have no balcony but a larger living area for a more spacious stay.
There are many amenities to enjoy at Shoreline, lighted tennis courts, large pool (heated), Shuffle board, Fitness center, 24/7 gated security and of course the five-acre fully stocked freshwater lake that you can enjoy just steps from your front door.
Shoreline Towers is located in the heart of Destin. There is a huge outlet mall about ten minutes away! There are many great restaurants near by to enjoy! If you are a golfer, there are several great courses! Super Wal-Mart is less than five minutes away and you have a grocery store right across the street!
There are several shops and restaurants that you can walk to! The Big Kahuna water park is catty-corner for the whole family to enjoy! Many miniature golf courses and go-carts and other rides for your kids to enjoy!
Guest Amenity Program includes special discounts for Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Video Rental, Children's Boating Adventure, Water Park and Amusement Park.

the first time my Wife and I came to Destin,we fell in love with the white Sugar Sand on the beach. Then we found this three bedroom unit and really fell in love with destin. This is an end unit,what they refer to as a number 1 in the buildings. It has a complete view of Destin 24 hours a day. You are not staring at Just a black hole at night. You can see all the lights of Destin. Also it is the only place we have ever stayed where you can see the Sunrise and the Sunset and be in you on Condo.
Why the Owner Chose Shoreline Towers
My wife and I chose to buy this condo because it was only an 81/2 hour drive from Louisville,Ky.

Also this condo is the only condo i have ever been in where you can see the Sunrise and the Sunset and still be in side.
