  This apartment was absolutely beautiful.The attention to detail was superb. It had everything you could need & more and was immaculately clean. The location was as described - the beach was a 5 min walk, shop and a few restaurants within walking distance.The complex was quiet, especially at night and extremely well suited to families.We really couldn't fault it! We would recommend a car for other beautiful beaches - castello, Gale, Evaristo about 15 mins away, Zoo Marine and of course Aqualand water park! We would highly recommend the sailing trip from Vilamoura on the owners yacht- we chased dolphins and had an amazing day!! We really would give this holiday 10/10!! We will be back - finances permitting!!

  I came to this apartment to get away from a particularly stressful time at work, and so was looking for an early season idyll away from the hub-hub of everyday life... and boy did this tick all the boxes. The apartment itself is absoulutely fabulous, with everything you could wish for in a luxury apartment and more. Sue and Mike went out of their way to make sure that every client need is catered for. The resort itself is reasonably quiet, particularly so at this time of year, and if I was to go again I would definitely hire a car. There a handful of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and the supermarket is just at the top of the road. The best restaurant for me would be the Vila de Italia, which provided great food at reasonable prices, and to me most important of all, first class service. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a holiday that is centered around quality accommodation.

  We have been to the area many times before staying in hotels but this time we stayed in this apartment as we wanted a change .We were not disappointed - The apartment is extremely well furnished to a high standard - everything worked perfectly even down to the buckets & spades for our little boy . The Views out to sea are spectacular . Watching the sunset every night was magical & if you sit in the childrens pool it looks like you have one of those infinity pools . There are some great restaurants within walking distance catering for all tastes lots of great local fish , but also italian , thai , pizza and a couple of really good restaurants all listed in the guest comment book , even an ice cream restaurant down the hill in Amanceo de Pera - But if you want to stay in there is a large Supermarket & a couple of small ones that have more than enough fresh food for you to choose from & even that old childs favorite fish fingers .There is a small bakery in the resort on the right as you walk towards the sea that cooks fresh croissants & bread every morning , but you need to be there by 9 or it all goes . Cash machines available in the supermarket one of the hotels .There are some great beaches within walking distance but if you have a car venture out there are some brilliant beaches all along the coast from val do lobo right across to surfing the atlantic at val do bispo - lots of the beaches have restaurants also - the apartment even provides beach towels & sun umbrellas so this reduces the Easyjet luggage allowance . This is not a lively location - far far from it . so if you want a very relaxing break as we did with perfect weather, some great food , a great apartment - thats safe for children , things to walk to , close enough to the main attractions - zoo marine , slide and splash , the beaches and zoo then you cant go wrong with this place but we are biased as we love the area . You could stay at this apartment easily without a car (which in August is advisable as the roads are manic) & use www,jandstransfers.com - Jon and Stella are English and run a really friendly service door to door .There are a couple of great things about this apartment that sets it apart from the others , its clean , you get a welcome , the owners care , you get a pack of goodies when you arrive water,milk ,juice,ice,bread so you dont have to worry if your children are tired & hot you can get them some juice .You can have a nice bottle of wine . Thanks Sue we will be back .

  One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Home from home, close to beautiful beaches. We cannot reccommend this place highly enough.

  We can highly recommend this apartment. We found it to be exceptionally well equipped (e.g., two dvd-players, washing machine, beach towels, sunshade) and very tastefully furnished. Also, it is very well situated and a good starting point for discovering the Algarve. Beautiful beaches (e.g., Praia Senhora da Rocha) are only a short walk away and others (e.g., Praia da Marinha) can be easily reached by car. The development and the surrounding area are very calm (so people who like to go out in the evenings should consider to rent a car). We have been two people staying at the apartment, but it is perfectly made for staying with four (e.g., there are two bathrooms). We’d also like to mention that the booking-contact was very nice and fast. So, all the ingredients for an enjoyable and relaxing stay are there and were very much appreciated by us! We had a wonderful time - many thanks to Vivienne and Sue! We’ll surely be back!!!

  The apartment was very nice and very well equipped (Full kitchen, LCD TV, X-Box, Radio, Alarmclock, iron set, dishwasher, washing machine, fan, heating/ AC, etc.). We were very glad, that we did not have to carry anything with us. We stayed with 3 adults and one child. There was plenty of space inside and we enjoyed having two full equipped bathrooms. The location is awesome, near to the beach and a good point to start sightseeing tours. The neighborhood was quite and a supermarket only 800m away. The booking procedure was easy and the money transfer without any risks or problems. The rent for one week was very low. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

  If you would like to be within close proximity to a host of great golf clubs including Gramacho, Pinta, Vale de Milho, Silves, Morgado and the new Amendoeira golf resort you wont find a beter appartment. It's well equiped, clean, with towels provided and within walking distance to a number of fish restaurants, bars and WIFI cafe's. A small Intermarche is also available at the end of the road. The entire site is protected by security guards. Weve booked again for 2010 the third year in succession.

  My family and I were delighted with this 2 bed apartment. Having stayed in many villas in the area we found this modern and stylish apartment, in a superb location, excellent for all ones family needs. The little extras such as provided for beach towels, beach bag, beach toys and wii (in the event of a rainy day) was much appreciated. All the linen, towels and kitchen items were new and clean. We will definitely return.

  The apartment is fabulous, very stylish has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent with beaches, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance, ideal for families. However, we would recommend a car to explore other places as there is a whole host of things to do and see. Vilamoura is only 20 mins by car and would fully recommend the sailing trip which you can obtain through the owners. Unfortunately, we didn’t spot any dolphins but had a marvelous time viewing the caves and swimming in the Sea. We had such a great relaxing holiday that we are already making arrangements to return.

  A perfect apartment if you are looking for home from home base to explore the Algarve. The apartment is furnished with great style and equipped with all mod cons, many that you wouldn't expect from a rental apartment. It is based in a very peaceful and relaxing area with great sea views from the balcony – a wonderful spot for lunch! The owners have really thought of everything. We had a very enjoyable week exploring the area as there are an abundance of activities and many excellent restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year! Thank-you.
