  We absolutely loved the location! Close to the St. Charles river, the boston marathon, back bay, etc....everything you would want! Great living space, small bathroom, ALL the conveniences of home (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair drier, coffee maker, juice, water, everything)! Upstairs neighbor was only a bit loud one evening, otherwise, no issues.

  Our hostess was very accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late in accordance with our flight schedules which was a huge relief. The place is cute and comfortable... very comfortable bed. It is an old building and an old space, but we love the character that age lends to a space. It was cold and snowy when we visited Boston yet the little apartment was never chilly. It was so warm in fact, we didn't even use the fluffy down comforter she has on the bed. She has a few throw blankets which were nice to use while we watched the snow from the couch through the huge bay windows. We played cards and sipped cocoa till the worst of it passed. It has a few little quirks ... but we felt as if we were visiting a friends home. It was clean and she leaves ample comforts of home for any travelers needs. The laptop is a nice touch. The best part about the apartment is the location. It is in the best location for tourists. We were able to see all of the sights with little effort. The T is merely blocks away. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. I would love to go back another time.

  This lovely studio is located on tree-lined Marlborough Street in the heart of the Back Bay in a historic old brownstone building, allowing you to live the good life in Boston. It was immaculate, very roomy for a studio, and extremely well equipped. Kim could not have been easier to work with and was a perfect hostess, albeit from afar! She even stocks the kitchen with breakfast goodies for your convenience. I would highly recommend Kim's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

  We had never been to Boston before and were unsure about which area to stay in. Fortunately for us we chose this great apartment in Back Bay. It is within easy walking distance to most visitor attractions in Boston (an earlier review stated that it was a short train ride into town, but in actual fact by the time you walk the 5 minutes to the nearest 'T' station, it is only another 10 min stroll to the Downtown area). Fenway park is about the same distance in the opposte direction! There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. The apartment itself is well equipped and perfect for a short break. We didn't even have to buy staples like milk/tea/coffee/butter etc, as they were all in the well stocked kitchen. Kim was most helpful in all stages of our booking, and even when we were actually in Boston she was only a phone call or an email away if we had a question. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone visiting Boston.

  The condo was fabulous. It was fully stocked with all the amenities you could want. It's in a very convenient location...4 blocks from subway, shopping and restaurants, but in a residential setting so very quite. It's also only 2 blocks from the esplanade which is a great park along the Charles River (great for running, walking or people watching). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it.

  Really I cannot fault this place and Kim was great to deal with. The location in Back Bay is a short train ride to the middle of town and offers everything at your doorstep. Will definitely recommend this place. Thanks Kim.

  Perfect! the location of Kim's place was fantastic. Just around the corner from the Boston Public Library, Trinity Church, shopping on Newbury, the Green line T... the list goes on. The apartment was clean and quiet and Kim went well beyond the minimal requirements, providing food and drink, towels, bathrobes, amenities and more to make the stay feel like home. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Boston.

  We just returned from a long East Coast trip and staying at Kim's was one of the BEST experience we'v had. The apartment was very clean, cozy and homely. Literally, we feel like being at home there. She decorated her place very well so it was a plus that we could enjoy the modern and cool interior of the apartment when we stay an apartment at night. The location was perfect as well. Moreover, we had great breakfasts every morning in her small but cute kitchen. Yon can 100% trust her descriptions on her posting. I definitely recommend Kim's apartment for your Boston trip!

  The apartmet is very well located, few minutes to the most famous places in Boston. There is also a T Station and buses stops lines, so you can go everywhere in town quickly. Kim is so kind and helpful. We had a great time there. The neighbourhood is very safe and you can find shops, markets, restaurants, pharmacies and wahtever you need near you. Definitely recommend this one.

  My cousin and I had a great time staying at Kim's apartment. It is very centrally located for sightseeing, eating out and shopping. Kim has added all of those extra touches (such as snacks, guidebooks, soft towels) to make your stay extra comfortable. Kim is easy to communicate with and responsive to emails and texts.

  Great location in one of the best streets in Boston. Perfect for easy access to everything. Parking not great so suggest you don't have a car. Nicely furnished. We had a great time in the area.

  Kim was a great host. Very responsive, even checking in (email) midway through our 4 day stay. Very comfortable apartment. Loved staying in the Back Bay neighborhood. Walked everywhere or just jumped on the T.

  My boyfriend and I stayed in Kim's chic condo Thurs - Sunday during our visit to Boston for our college reunion. Her place was awesome and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. Major pros were: - Sweet location: We are familiar with Beantown and knew her place would be convenient to all the top spots in the city. - Generous food options: Kim left an assortment of breakfast and snack goods for the taking. Including my favorite - cookies and hot cheetos - Other amenities: TV, robes, towels, laptop, toiletries, full kitchen... - Super clean & chic! - Relaxed check in and check out time

  Kim was an excellent host, after I booked my stay I received the keys in the mail a week later in mail. Kim made sure everything was going well and left her laptop in the apartment which we thought was very thoughtful. Clean apartment with it's own unique character. Full kitchen and breakfast and delicious crackers. She also provided many travel guides for Boston in her apartment along with robes and everything you would have in your own home. The entire time from before, after, and during our stay Kim kept in touch and responsive through email slash bnb messages. The location is excellent we could not believe how beautiful and quiet the area was, walking distance to newbury street, backbay, copley, and subway t station. I would book it again and again with Kim whenever I am in Boston. Highly recommend!!!

  I just stayed at Kim's adorable apartment for 4 days. Kim was a great host, as everyone else has said. She responds to questions quickly and made my whole trip a lot easier. The location of the apartment is in walking distance to tons of great stuff. It's a true Boston experience!

  We liked returning to Kim's apartment in the Back Bay area of Boston especially during the cooler Easter weekend. The apartment has a real warmth - lots of candles, an African theme and all the creature comforts you would find at home. In particular, we found access to the food condiments and full range of cooking equipment made for some special nights at 'home' on nights when we felt like staying in. On other nights we could walk down the street, past all the other lovely brownstones and around the corner find some great restaurants and live music venues. Everything we needed was within 15 mins walk, including the main station. A great stay

  We enjoyed our stay at Kim's very much! She has a lovely apartment on the main floor overlooking Marlborough Street. It's only one block to the park and two blocks to shopping and eating, very convienient! And the taxi service is outstanding! They were always there within minutes. Boston is a great place to visit!

  My first time to AIRBNB ... very positive experience. Kim's place is cozy, clean, and central. We (literally) walked everywhere from Marlborough Street. It was a unique experience to live for a brief while as a Bostonian in a great neighborhood. Kim was an incredible hostess. She really delivered in every way possible to making our stay as perfect as could be. She was promptly responsive to emails regarding use of appliances (even on her own holiday Thanksgiving weekend). She was totally flexible on delivery of keys and to our final departure time - which again made a big difference to us. The guidebooks were a welcome sight and very helpful! Basically Kim went out of her way - even to the point of placing Ghirardelli chocolates on our pillows (we're from Cal) ... how thoughtful was that?! Needless to say I highly recommend Kim's place on Marlborough Street. Enjoy!

  Kim's place is very comfortable and in a great location! Besides all of the shops and restaurants nearby, Kim left out Boston guidebooks for us to use and made us feel welcome during our stay.

  Kims apartment is located in one of Boston's most upscale neighborhoods and within walking distance to everything. Kim was the perfect hostess leaving us magazines and guide books for restaurants and activities in and around the city. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. We felt like residents.
