With your Disney Dream vacation, you will be off to Orlando, Florida to enjoy all the fun at Disney World, Epcot and everything that Central Florida has to offer. This accommodation is a waterfront condominium with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located just one exit (only four miles!) from Disney World’s main gate exit. This brand new condominium has a large living room, dining area, fully outfitted kitchen with all major appliances, three Cable TVs and a VCR/DVD player.

The master suite has a king bed, tropical decor, full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed for extended family or additional friends. The third bedroom has two single beds and is Disney-themed especially for children. If you have an infant, both a high chair and crib are available in the condominium for your convenience. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as, storage for luggage.

For morning breakfast or an evening cocktail there is a private outdoor patio overlooking the lake. There is also easy access to the clubhouse just next door where you will find the pool and a full gym with weights and all the latest workout equipment. Our complex also has lighted tennis and basketball courts. What more do you need for your perfect Florida family vacation!

fee and each stay is subject to Florida State Tourist Occupancy Tax of 13%
April 20-June 15 & Dec 1-15 is $59/nt.  Weekly rate with all tax and fees is $478
Sept 7 - Nov 21 is $69 a night.  Weekly rate with tax and fees is $545
Jan 3 - April 19 & June 12 - Sept 6 is  $79/nt. Weekly rate w/ tax & fees is $599
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years are $89 a night.  Weekly rate is $649.
Reduced rates for stays longer than 9 nights. 4 night minimums, however, we are
always willing to negotiate. Check our calendar and make us an offer. Pet fee $50
