This four bedroom, three bath has been completely remodeled! This wonderful house is located three miles northwest of Old Town Park City. The house is situated across the highway from The Canyons ski resort. IT HAS GREAT VIEWS OF CANYON SKI RESORT! You can WALK TO THE SKI LIFT!!
The house comes completely furnished (all new furniture and bedding) with an outdoor hot tub and is in great condition! It has a rustic feeling with a lot of pine wood and molding, hard wood floors as well as pine furniture. The house is on three levels. The house has a great back yard that is fenced in for a dog!
The house is a great summer and winter rental. There is a new golf course going in across the street and others are located within three miles of the house.
Let me give you a layout of the sleeping arrangements. Upstairs in the master bedroom is a queen size bed. Next door the next bedroom next-door is a spindle bed. It can sleep two and also can be converted to a king size bed. In the living room is a couch that pulls out to a single bed and sleeps one. Downstairs is a bedroom that has a queen size bed that can sleep two. The bedroom next door has a bunk bed that can sleep two or three. Also in that bedroom is a spindle bed they can sleep two. It also could be converted into a king size bed.
