The Bel Aire Beachhouse has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a huge room downstairs with 5 extra beds. There are 2 1/2 baths, a tropically decorated living room, dining area, big kitchen, front porch with grill for ocean and sunrise views and good parking in the back of the house for cars, trailers, bikes, etc. This is a great house for family vacations, family reunions, and event get togethers such as BikeWeek, Biketoberfest, Turkey Run and holidays.
This house is a short 5 min. ride to the Ocean Walk area where shops, restaurants, The Bandshell and the movie theatre are located. It is a 10 minute drive to the Daytona Airport and the Speedway and 1 hr. to Disney attractions.

No weddings or receptions.
No pets or inside smoking.
Must be 25 yrs. old to rent.
