Just a five-minute walk down to the sandy Flamingo beaches from this Sunset Heights condominium in world-famous Playa Flamingo. With unobstructed views of the Marina and the beautiful Pacific Ocean, this fifth (and top) floor condominium is your prime vacation destination.

Other nearby beaches are Playa Conchal, Tamarindo Beach, Playa Grande Beach and Potrero Beach.

This unit has the near new indoor and outdoor furniture plus ceramic tile floors, hardwood cabinetry, granite and marble countertops, crown moldings, wrought iron large balcony that may be accessed from all 3 rooms with an ocean view.

The master suite includes king bed and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom (on the other side of the living room), has two full-size beds and a large closet. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa sleeper for two. Each room has its own air conditioner and TV. Maid service is included. There is a parking and security.

Within walking distance there are several fantastic restaurants, nightclubs, a casino, grocery stores, Internet café, massage parlor and prestigious Country Day School.

The Sunset Heights condominiums are associated with famous Flamingo Beach Resort where you have a privilege to use their huge pool with bar for adults and a smaller pool for kids, tennis courts, pool tables, gym, 2 restaurants and much more. Flamingo Beach Resort also has a full service tour desk, fishing expedition experts, and complete dive center on site!   • My husband and our friends (a couple) and I had such a wonderful time at the beautiful Flamingo Beach, Costa Rico! The condo where we stayed had everything we needed to feel ourselves at home. We enjoyed our early morning walks on the beach, pleasant swim at the ocean after, and spending the most of a day at the swimming pool at the Flamingo Resort Hotel. We found it to be a great advantage to stay at the condo and at the same time to use the hotel amenities that also included the free Internet. The two bedrooms unit has two very private bedrooms/bathrooms so we enjoyed the company but were able to have privacy at any time. The view from the condo were breathtaking and my husband and I are still talking about wonderful breakfasts we had at the balcony when we could enjoy the most delicious Costa Rico’s fruits and the beautiful view. We would love to go back and stay there longer. Thank you for letting us to stay at your condo. We will definitely be back!

  • We had a wonderful time and will recommend your place to others and hope to come back for another visit someday! The view was fantastic and it was clean and nice and comfortable! The maid service was excellent. Our kids enjoyed having their own beds! The beach was a close walk and we were able to use both Flamingo Beach Resort and Flamingo Marina Resort facilities at no cost. The people were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for making our vacation truly enjoyable and relaxing!

  • Thanks for the use of your place. The view was one of the best in the complex. The condo was clean, modern and beautiful. The bedrooms were comfortable and there's a lot more space than seems when you look at the pictures online. It had everything we needed to make our vacation great. Thanks for letting us enjoy it.
