Why the Owner Chose Tybee Island
We absolutely love Tybee Island which is a throwback in time. There is a 3 story height restriction on the island which has kept the small town feel and the uncrowded leisure atmosphere. Commercialization is also at a minmum with most businesses and restaurants being family owned and operated. This gives everyone a vested interest in the community and preserving the beauty of the beach. I was also raised in Savannah and grew up spending weekends on Tybee playing in the sand and jumping the waves as a little girl so it takes me back to my childhood.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love to sit in our rocking chairs on our deck and gaze at the ocean and just talk about the beauty that surrounds us. The beach is absolutely beautiful with sea oats and sand dunes lining the shore. We love to just spend a relaxing day on the beach, strolling, reading or playing in the waves. We also are close to the pier which is always full of people watching action, boardwalk food and drinks, a local artists and musicians. We are also fishing fans and you can throw you line off the pier or take the kayak out and catch dinner in minutes. When we aren't lounging on the beach or deck, taking in a great seafood dinner at Fannies or fishing, we are riding our bikes around the island to get some much needed exercise to work off those one to many margaritas.

My husband and I purchased our beach condo for our 20 year wedding anniversary and it was a dream come true. For many years we would rent beach homes and dream of the day we could curl up in our living room and stare at the ocean. We LOVE to share our little slice of heaven in Tybee with you! Tybee is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a slower, simplier pace, walking or biking to most destinations. It is also a throwback in time with many of the establishments family owned and a height restriction of 3 stories all over the island. When life gets crazy, Tybee is our escape and our time to reconnect to God, to ourselves and each other. Praise God for making dreams come true and what better way to celebrate 20 wonderful years of marriage!
