Mature plants around this villa for extra privacy and the sweet smell of Jasmine as you aproach the front door makes this villa and all the extras it offers you for your comfort very special. Two master bedrooms both with en suite KING size bed & Queen. In addition there are 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. A queen sofa bed (with comfortable mattress) is provided for extra sleeping.Ceiling Fans in lounge main bedroom and Lanai.
Our beautiful Florida home offers the best of both worlds, after the wonder of Disney and major attractions (only 20 minutes) away, return to a golf and country setting. All residents have access to Southern Dunes club house restaurant (very reasonable). Mature plants make the pool area private. My Husband and i purchased the villa june 2009 after looking for quite a long time, we fell in love with the villa as it had a fantastic outlook, and was really well maintained.it is like home from home,cenral to every thing and not far from the airport, we intend to spend as much time as we can next year, as pete is a very keen golfer, and i like to read sit around the pool and catch the rays.and just relax as we have a very busy life style here in england.

the villa has a fantastic outlook,it is spacious,well maintained,and has eveything we need,walmart is only five mins away,all the theme parks are nearby,loads of golf courses,eating places,and of course shopping centres,what else do you need?
