This home is centrally located, comfortable, and pleasing in its elegance and design. From the accommodating leather seating in the living room to the original artwork throughout and the beautiful outdoor spaces, this vibrant home welcomes you. Enjoy views of the Catalina Mts. from the frontyard and the livingroom. The master bedroom is a relaxing and tranquil oasis and its attached bath is a retreat worthy of the finest spa. Romantic walk-in shower for 2 has custom accents - artfully arranged glass block that lets in plenty of natural light and gives the delightful sensation of a secluded outdoor shower. Both the master bath and Arizona room lead to the lovely, resort-like backyard, with its large patio area perfect for dining al fresco or soaking up the sun. Kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room can seat 6. The guest bedroom and bath are colorful and inviting, making this a wonderful base for 2 to 6 people. No children under 15 and no pets, please. You'll want to stay a while!
This 1,200 s.f. house has two bedrooms and two baths, and sleeps four to six people. It comes furnished with full-sized beds in master bedroom and guest room and full-sized pullout sofa in Arizona room. Also provided are flat-screen TV, cable, DVD, stereo/CD player, washer/dryer, central heat and evaporative cooling. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, cooking accessories, dishes, and silverware. All linens provided. Rent includes utilities and wireless internet service.

The house was just as we expected from the description and photos. The reason we chose Tucson was that it was close to all the attractions we hoped to see during our five days. All the amenities we needed were close at hand. After a full day of sightseeing we were so happy to come back to our "home away "for the evening relaxing in the Arizona room and the comfortable, private back yard. The kitchen was perfect for preparing the evening meal. We enjoyed breakfast under the orange trees at the Raging Sage.coffee shop. The information about where to eat, where to shop etc. was very much appreciated. The bedrooms were decorated nicely with good quality bedding. It was great to have good internet as one of our couples enjoyed keeping in touch with their grandchildren. The whole house was tastefully decorated with a southwestern theme and the art work by local artists was amusing and colorful. One evening we decided to barbecue and we were pleased that everything we needed for the barbecue was provided. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer as we were 6 days in to our trip. Overall we had a very positive experience. Our rental agent was excellent!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

1st of all, Lorraine was a doll to work with and so very patient. She worked hard to have the house spotless on time as they had tenants leave the day we arrived. 2nd we loved everything about the house. Everything furnished was of superior quality from the furniture to the towels (since our stay I went to Macy's to buy the towels they had)!! The location of home is close to university and downtown which is what we wanted. We were very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the furnishings were, expected less for a rental. the kitchen is small but furnished with everything we needed (again all appliances and dishes superior quality). We used the Bose sound system and LOVED the AZ room. In AZ room we were able to sit and see hummingbirds in back. We also appreciated the WiFi for computers. Only thing I would have changed is a shade of some kind on bathroom door to master bedroom so morning sun doesn't wake you so early. Also needs a little more light in evening in AZ room. Not only is the Casa de Cobre well located with restaurants and shopping nearby but the home is attractive and very comfortable. The home is fully equipped, including an excellent sound system and eclectic selection of music, a surprising mountain view from the front and a beautiful back yard. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Our family met in Tucson to celebrate my mom's birthday and the new year and this was a great place from which to host. The entire rental process was easy and thorough. The Casa de Cobre is both convenient and quiet - a great place to stay for a family or group of friends! This vacation home is a perfect Tucson abode!!! A view of the Catalina's and a back yard that is beautifully groomed with desert plants which made a great outside room. I especially liked that fact that there were two living areas(inside) - the main living room AND the Arizona room!!! Great for extra conversation areas!!! The galley kitchen was very efficient and we had all we needed to make meals. It should also be noted that the colors/decor was so southwest and very tasteful!!! Shopping facilities very close - walking distance yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again!!!!Did you find this review helpful? We stayed in this cute little house for a week trying to escape the CO winter. It was centrally located, so we didn't have to drive far to any activity. The house itself was adorable, clean, and unique. We loved the colors and art. The day room is bright and perfect for reading or working on the laptop. And the best part was the backyard! We had a lovely 3 day stay here last month. I was initially worried about the lack of space with 6 of us ( 2 adults and 2 kids) but it worked out wonderfully. The sun room and the backyard were my favourite parts. We read and talked for hrs while the kids explored around. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. It was in a great location with lots of good sightseeing and restaurants nearby. And Lorraine was incredibly helpful and accessible. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Tucson. Perfect location. The home is cozy, beautifully appointed and well maintained. I had a wonderful time here and felt very much at home. The views from the living room of the Santa Catalinas are gorgeous. And Casa de Cobre is only blocks from Raging Sage and Beyond Bread – yum!
