Beautiful Beachfront Condominium in desirable oceanfront Building #2 at Maravilla; all other buildings are perpendicular to the beach with limited views. The ocean view is awesome from the living area, kitchen AND master bedroom. If you are taking a trip to the ocean, you want to SEE the ocean. This condo has the view you want. Best of all, bring your pampered small dog with you, and avoid the kennel charges and stress on your 'little one.' We never charge a pet fee.

You will really enjoy the Free Beach Service ($25/day Value)-- two beach lounges and an umbrella set up for your exclusive use every day of your vacation. (Seasonal March to October) This is a real perk, and will save you the cost of buying chairs and dragging them to the ocean every day.

We have recently updated with tile, paint and furniture. Enjoy Wireless High Speed Internet, three TVs with two VCR/DVD Combo units, stereo and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table has seating with four chairs and the kitchen bar has seating for two.

BEDDING: King bed in the master, with access to the balcony and an outstanding view of the ocean. The second bedroom has new bunk beds. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Take a stroll to Pompano Joes beachside restaurant for lunch or dinner. A short drive will take you to the new Destin Commons Shopping Center, including a Rave Theater with 12 screens -- all with stadium seating, the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall with over 150 stores, countless restaurants, challenging championship Golf Courses, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching, nature preserves, water sports and boat rentals -- all located in very close proximity. You’ll likely find yourself wondering "what should I do first?" OR, just sit on the balcony and take in the natural beauty of the Gulf of Mexico...
