Located within the Les Pyrenees enclave of Cordillera, it is the closest home to the world-class Lodge and Spa at Cordillera (fitness center/pools and hot tubs) and home to the charming Irish pub, Grouse on the Green. Cordillera is a residential gated community with three championship golf courses and a Dave Pelz Short Course.
This Charming (see pictures), three-story home features flat-screen TVs, wireless high speed internet, gas log fireplaces with options for real wood burning, an extended main level deck, two great rooms, and wet bar on the main level. The main level great room, with its vaulted ceiling/exposed beam work, fireplace, and stone hearth, enhances the French cottage-style architecture. The large dining area, adjacent to the great room, seats eight comfortably. Off the dining room, you will find a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a large central island workspace, a flat-screen TV, and an eating area which seats four. Main floor opens to fully landscaped yard and private pond.
On the upper levels, you will find a spacious, casual great room equipped with TV and DVD player/VCR, bunk room for kids, and two additional large bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath, and the other bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. Both rooms have walk-in closets.
