The ocean-oriented complex features two stories, outdoor pool and next door on-site laundry. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach (less than 500 yards). It is directly across from the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort which has public beach access, outside showers, public bathrooms and tiki bar.
