This spacious and charming 3 bedroom home is located in the prestigious and gated community of Cheval in the north part of Tampa. The house has a tranquil screened lanai with a beautiful private pool that overlooks the 14th hole of the TPC Tampa Bay Golf Course. The course is available for your use.
the Master Bedroom has a King-size bed and an en suite bath with jacuzzi. The other two bedroom share a full bath. One has a queen -size bed and the other has 2 twins. All of the rooms re nicely appointed and are bright fresh and clean.
The Kitchen is large and open to the Family room and lanai making this house perfect for entertaining and families. Everything your would want for a Holiday visit or Golf Getaway is provided - Linens, dishes, kitchenware and appliances, gas grill, clothes washer and dryer. there is also High-speed wireless internet access and Cable television.
The house is convenient to Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Airport, University of South Florida, and Downtown.
Golfing: This house is ideally suited for a golf getaway. Tampa Bay boasts some of the best Golf courses in the nation. Besides sitting on the 14th hole of TPC Tampa Bay Golf Course there are more than a dozen other very good courses within a short drive. After a day on the links you can return to your own '19th hole' for a relaxing dip in the pool, grill a feast on the gas grill and watch the sun set over the course with a cocktail and conversation
Family Fun: The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac and has a private pool making it ideal for family groups. There is even an equestrian center in the development for those who wish to take a riding lesson.
Tampa Bay has lots of activities for children including Busch Gardens and its water park 'Islands of
Adventure', MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) - our Science museum and IMAX, the newly opened Glaser Children's Museum, the Tampa Aquarium, The Florida History Museum and the Lowery Park Zoo. Not to mention the many beautiful beaches and state parks in the area.

Overall Impression of "Le Dauphine": Beautiful! Everyone was super helpful and very responsive when we needed anything.
