Purchasing Clementine Trail was easy - all it took was one look at the beautiful ceramic-tiled floors, and newly re-modeled kitchen and bath. And then we saw the stunning pool and spa, with NO neighbor overlook! An added plus was that Clementine Trail was a private residence and not a recycled rental. Add 15 minutes to Disney, and we were sold. Mary and I invite you to enjoy this fantastic home during your Orlando stay.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Clementine Trail offers a gorgeous screened pool-spa patio with beautiful flowering vegetation - great for that relaxing morning cup of coffee or tea. The home interior is uniquely color schemed, with matching furnishings that really make you feel welcome. Greater Groves is a residential sub, with approximately 75% owner-occupied homes, which separate it from most of the "vacation subs" that have been built in recent years.

Dear Joe, Mary, Beth, and Katie, My daughter Katie and I have traveled here from Louisville, KY with my son and his family from Frankfort, KY. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, as it was helpful to me due to arthritis. I enjoyed sitting out by the pool. We went to Sea World, Cocoa Beach, and Universal. The kids had a ball in the pool. We have had a GREAT FANTASTIC BRILLIANT AB FAB AWESOME time here in Florida. 9 theme parks in 8 days! 1 day shopping. 1 day Cocoa Beach. We think this villa is just perfect! A great base to come back to after a hard tourist day! We certainly will tell all our friends about this super place. The weather has been very kind to us - raining at night, and briefly on our last day. Thank you so much! Rosemary.

We stayed here for 3 weeks during July & August this year and absolutely loved the place! This home had everything we needed and more to ensure a very comfortable stay. The pool and spa were the cleanest we have ever seen and spent many hours in or by the pool chilling out after a day at the parks! Our daughter would have been quite happy to just play in the pool all holiday and we had to fish her out at the end of the day on many occasions! Even when we went to Clearwater Beach for the weekend we could'nt wait to get back to the house and enjoy our own space! The house is in a cul de sac and the area is very quiet at night. There is a large Walmart just a mile up highway 27 and a Publix at Summer Bay a short drive just as you come onto the 192 from US27. There is also a Winn Dixie, Walgreens etc all within a mile or so. There is also plenty of eating places close by, including Chilli's, KFC etc. plus all the regulars a short drive on the 192 including Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Sizzler etc etc The owners were extremely helpful and supplied loads of info on the area including a short cut from the house to Disney. We also got a great deal form the owners on our 3 week stay and the management company are very close at hand should you have any problems, not that there were any! We would definately stay here again should we decide to return next year though I think we are going to take a year off from the parks! I would highly recommend this home to anybody looking for an enjoyable holiday in a very clean and comfortable vacation home. John M.
