This new home boasts an open kitchen, dining and family room overlooking a very large wrap deck. Its gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and every imaginable amenity. The master bedroom suite features a Jacuzzi, TV private entrance onto the deck from a master bedroom sitting area and is handicap friendly.

An additional living room with a fireplace provides a quiet place for reading and relaxing. Upstairs three additional bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, and a large sitting room with TV and queen futon for an occasional visitor are available.
A one bedroom guest apartment with shower bath, a complete kitchen and living room are over the garage. This area has its own private deck and makes a great spot for nanny or guest that likes more privacy.
This home is perfect for family gatherings, and is privately nestled in the pines with decks that are great for sunning or dining. There is lots of afternoon sun and evening sunsets. Because the home abuts forever-wild properties on two sides, you may often see wildlife wandering about. The home has 4000 square feet of living space with spacious lawn area for backyard activities. Home is 450 feet from the island bike paths and shuttle stop.
There are two complete laundry areas, one on the second floor and the other in the garage. An after swim outside enclosed hot/cold shower area helps to keep sand outside. Many games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, backyard games, jogging stroller, booster chair, Pack and Play, beach toys, TVs and videos are in the home for guest's use.

May/June or Sept/Oct long weekends $2800 or weekly $3000-$4500
Winter months available including Stroll, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.
Holiday weekends and weeks are $2800, but other weeks/weekends are $1500-$2500
Extended winter stays are negotiable.
One half rental fee due upon signing of lease balance due 1 month prior to rental
period along with a $500 security deposit

This is a spectacular rental; right out of House Beautiful magazine! It is very private, yet close to beaches and shopping. It really does sleep twelve and everyone has their private space; great place for a family reunion, wedding or just entertaining. It has everything you need; washer, dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, games to play, books to read; you name it, it's there. The separate apartment is perfect for teenagers, adult children or another family. We love Nantucket and this rental always makes our experience memorable because we can invite our entire family and friends and party!! Great deck, too!

The house is spectacular. Perfect kitchen for stay at home meals - close enough to town for a bite to eat or adventuring! VERY accessible to the bike path which will get you all over the island. Coffee shop right across the street, great living space. Plenty of room for the entire family. Plus, the vine covered outdoor shower is very neat!! Everything was perfect for a setup for an amazing family vacation!

Relaxing Nantucket Privacy in Central Location

My family and I recently rented this property. Not only was it clean, spacious and accomodating, it was central to everything we did. The property is almost adjacent to the bike path, five minutes to golf, five minutes to the beach, five minutes to stores and yet far enough away from noise, lights, and crowds. There was so much room in the house that our teenager and his friend could disappear or stay with my wife and I . I heartily recommend this property to any family or group of families who want to truly enjoy Nantucket.

I have been going to Nantucket since I was a teenager. I've stayed in Madaket, surfside,downtown and out by the farm. This house is located near the rotary so it is a 5 minute walk to the grocery, fish, pharmacy or package stores. You can also walk to the Chicken Box. The bike path is right at the end of the street. You can easily bike out to Sankaty or Madaket or any where else on island. The house itself is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It feels like staying at a friends house. Everything is top notch... furniture, linens, kitchen equipment and beach gear. It was so well supplied, there was not one thing I wished I had. Even my teenages had plenty of spaces in the house to escape their parents. I look forward to creating many more summer memory treasures at Sandy's island home.. Rent it! You will not be disappointed.
