Loved this place, very clean, and quite, the view is awsome, the fenced in yard was perfect. I would recomend bringing an extra frying pan. I'am looking forward to going back again soon. The owner was great ,if there was any problems. The electric problem was repaired. It's 20 miles to shoping, nice drive. Saw wales, seals,& turkeys. Can't wait to go back.

The owner was very nice and easy to work with. This is a there unit house with lots of space. I rented two of the units, the third was occupied with a monthly renter. The two rental units are non-smoking, but not the renters unit. Don't ask to use the fire pit. The renter was not happy with that idea because it's next to his unit, so we burned in our bbq pit we brought in the front area. Electrical work is badly needed, but most homes that age need work. Also the stairs were as noisy as can be. With some work, I would rent again minus the renter. (I disliked the oder of what he was smoking). ???????

The sun rarely shines, but the fireplace makes up for it just fine. I left the windows open to listen to the calming waves drift in and out of the cove. Walls are thin, so you'll probably hear your neighbors, but if you don't mind that, then this is a great nook to settle into for the weekend..at a great value. The layout of the kitchen and living room was perfect. And the big comfy couch was an added plus. I was perfectly content to curl up and stay in for the whole weekend.

My advice for anyone considering staying here is - take the maximum number of days you think you would like to stay…Got the number? Now…either double or triple that number. This place "rocks"! both literally (see the cliff the house is built into and the indoor waterfall) and per the current slang. But be forewarned, the longer you stay, the less you will want to leave. I stayed a week -- that did not even begin to be long enough. The view, the privacy, the almost surreal quiet and the romantic ambience are incredible. I've stayed in some truly wonderful places up and down the California coast - this is now by far my favorite. As an added bonus -- while sitting in the jacuzzi - we watched whales jumping and slapping their tales and saw porpoises go by close in to the private cove.Enjoy!

Paradise Bluff is a unique residence and location of breathtaking beauty, regardless of weather or season. The house is a perfect honeymoon destination or retreat for a couple looking to escape from the harried days of ordinary life. From the stunning, unique, wrought-iron bannister that dominates the home's core, to the manner in which the house was built directly into the hillside and the stupefying views from literally every room, Paradise Bluff is as much a wonder in its design as in its location. Perched on a bluff about 50 feet over crashing waves, the house offers great privacy, even though neighbors are within 100 yards on either side; the design of each lot is tasteful enough that many of the houses cannot be viewed from each other. True bliss is sitting in the hot tub, watching the waves, whales, birds, sunset, storms, seals or stars. Having stayed at many world class hotels, Paradise Bluff is in that class in design and locale especially. And the enormous high definition television and stereo don't hurt either.

Our family has rented vacation homes for the past twenty years, always taking meticulous care to choose those that will nurture and nourish us. Many have been special enough to bring us back time after time. However, in a unanimous vote, we declare your remarkable Timber Cove home the best ever. Everything about this home is aesthetically pleasing, from the incredible ocean views and restful sounds of the indoor waterfall to the thoughtful design and construction of each room and the house as a whole. The home enveloped and embraced us. We relished every moment and left reluctantly. Thank you for sharing your unique and extraordinary creation with us. We long to return. Gail, Matt and Kelsey

As the proud owner of this magnificent property I want to heartfully welcome you to Paradise Bluff. It has taken two years to create this magical retreat incorporating many talented people who contributed their skill. Every detail was inspired by the creative force that inspires nature itself. The house was carefully placed in the boulders you see in the interior avoiding any damage that may have occured to their delicate surface. After months of carpentry the amazing ceiling that is a reflection of the roof outside was completed. The exterior stonework crafted by stone masons trained in the ancient methods was fit stone by stone each one honed to fit. The magic of the land will surely touch you having been inhabited by indiginous people. A shaman had visited the property sensing that ancient ceremony took place upon the rock outcrop that projects over the bluff. I know your stay here will be a memorable one.
