Fully-furnished, two-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the beautiful Makaha Valley on the west shore of Oahu. The unit is approximately 815 square feet and sleeps four to six people with a king-size bed in one room, two single beds in second room, and comfortable sofa bed sleeper in living room. Our unit boasts awesome ocean and mountain views from the lanai and is a top floor, end unit overlooking a private, barbecue area. You can bring the whole family! There is plenty of room!

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. It includes small appliances such as a microwave, toaster, and electric coffee maker as well as dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is a full complement of bed linens, pillows, pillow covers and towels. Beach gear such as coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, lifejackets, a couple boogie boards, beach mats, flippers, a beach toy set and more are also provided for your convenience. FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.

The Makaha Valley Plantation is located about 35 minutes from the Honolulu Airport and 45 minutes from Waikiki Beach. The Makaha Valley Plantation boasts resort-style living with two swimming pools, barbecue areas, tennis courts, basketball court, wild peacocks, and two championship 18-hole golf courses (Makaha Valley Resort and Makaha Country Club) are located right next door.

Located just one-and-one-half miles (long walk, short jog, or quick ride) to the beautiful, uncrowded, and world-famous Makaha surfing beach which is perfect for swimming, surfing, tanning, and relaxing. Up the road about five miles, there is also Kaena State Park which is another very beautiful uncrowded beach with great hiking trails along the ocean. You can hike two-and-one-half miles to Kaena Point or the entire five miles to the North Shore of Oahu. Another nearby attraction (eight miles) is JW Marriott's Ko Olina Resort which has five man-made lagoons and is an excellent place to swim, snorkel, and relax for the whole family. It is also home to Paradise Cove Luau which is the best luau that I have been to on all the islands!

  • The location is close to beaches and golf club. No problems with food stores and casual restaurants. The condo is clean and quit on the top floor with ocean view, it equipped by everything, including beach stuff. Internet connection is desirable next time. Thank you.

  • We just got back from Hawaii with our three young children and had a great time. The Seibel's condo in the Makaha Valley Plantation is perfect for a family or anyone looking to stay a bit outside the city for a very reasonable price. The Makaha Valley Plantation is a nice quiet area with a nice beach. It's not too "touristy," but if you're looking for "touristy," Waikiki is just under an hour away. We spent a lot of time at the Ko Olina Lagoons (best beaches on Oahu for kids) which is only 30 minutes away. Hanauma Bay and Waimea Bay are the two other beaches that we loved, both just under an hour away. But there are also many other good beaches. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay on Oahu, which is a bit off the beaten track. It's also great because the condos, such as this one, are much more reasonable outside of the city. We did do a bit of driving to see the other parts of the island, but the drive to the other side of the island is less than 90 minutes. The Seibel's are also great about sending information on what to do and see in the local area and on Oahu. It was very helpful, especially when looking for a place to eat close to the condo. The pools at the Makaha Valley Plantation are also good... great for the kids. The condo is well stocked with beach toys, etc. Have fun in Hawaii!!!

  • The Plantation captures a small piece of paradise....and nestles it away here in the saftey and the warm these cascading mountains and glorious gifts of nature that have been so graciously given to this land that we may live in peace and harmony on in.....one with the other....I would give great praise, recognition, and thanks...To Mr Otis King, for his continued service and committment to MVP. For his patience, his understanding, sensitivity, and humility. You and truly a role model that teaches us all how to better ourselves and I am humbled before you. Thank you. For all you have shown us as a people. I would also say that the Security works hard and does a good job, under their chief..Tso.. I see alot of changes to clean up the plantation have been made over the years and I can see the difference and the changes due to their hard work.

  • Very quiet end unit. Clean and comfortable, nothing special except the on-site contact as she was wonderful. Could have used a phone in the unit for local internet connection. Thanks. We enjoyed our stay.
