Extremely convenient location, this Alpine Shadows condominium offers some great amenities and an affordable price. It is easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift and the Main Street area, and the free bus stops very close to the complex.
This unit is on the top (third floor) of the complex. It is all on one level, and approximately 1500 square feet. You enter into a spacious, open kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is private to the master; the other is in the hall, has a sauna, and is shared by the second and third bedrooms. Downstairs is the common area hot tub (winter only) and underground garage.
Our unit is handled by a premier management company so you get extras like 24-hour maintenance, and optional additional housekeeping services, local key pick up.
Wireless high-speed Internet is available in our unit.
Living room with gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, queen-size sofa sleeper, and small balcony.
Kitchen is spacious, well equipped for cooking, hardwood flooring.
Dining room has seating for six, plus four bar stools at kitchen counter.
