This cozy house was built by a couple with two children, and is located beach front with a huge yard of dozens of coconut and oil palm trees. Amenities include children’s playground, a large swimming pool, barbecue & pizza facilities and WC with shower. The ground floor has a large kitchen integrated with the dinning room, a cozy TV room and a very large living room with a spacious veranda of about 30 sq.m., with fantastic view of the beach and the house yard. Another bedroom with a mezzanine is located within the ground floor but in an independent entrance leaving to the swimming pool. Storage and stairs lead to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and air-conditioner. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, with breathless view to the sea. In the front backyard there is an open, covered garage for at least three cars. The house is equipped with solar energy for heating water. The price includes a maid that cooks and provides the housekeeping. The place is located close to several important remnants of the Atlantic rainforest, including conservation unities.
