The home is not located in a subdivision in Sedona. It's in a very private neighborhood of custom "horse properties" on minimum 1.6 acre lots. Stables are located nearby for rentals. Golf course is 5 minutes away. Within walking distance to Oak Creek. Situated on a high desert mesa completely encircled by mountains. 360-degree unobstructed panoramic views - from the Sedona red rocks to the Mingus Mountain range.
After the sun sets, you can see the lights of Jerome twinkling on the mountainside to the west. Watch the flames dance in the gas fireplace in the family room. 100% for up to 3 night stays.
