  Four women met up in The Big City for a long weekend and left feeling as though we had made a great decision in renting an apartment. The secured, doorman’d location in Chelsea put us right in the middle of the restaurants, bars, shopping, and people watching we came to the city for. Deliveries from local deli, restaurants, and liquor stores were quick and convenient. The apartment is comfortable, well-furnished, has a full kitchen, and enough space for four women to bunk together for several days and still be smiling at the end. We also felt we found a terrific value in renting the apartment vs. a hotel room with the same square footage and amenities. There was a 24-hour laundry in the building as well as a clean/modern gym (though none of us darkened the doorway of the gym!).

  The apartment was one of our trip highlights! On more than one occasion, we found the kids, 13 and 12, just standing by the windows taking in the city sights and sounds. The NY mornings with my daughter around the building were priceless. Arms locked we always walked minutes to the nearby shops for mom's coffee and without fail, the doorman was always there to greet us with a kind smile or a witty remark. After daily big city adventures and 24 hours of constant together time, the two big screen TV's (cadilac cable package) and the separate rooms were a welcomed and very relaxing escape. Rob ...   Rob the owner was really nice and helpful. He gave us some suggestions about where to buy some things and was very friendly. We had a great time in NY. The apartment was in a great location, close to the metro and good stores. We had two teenage girls and the apartment was fine for us. We loved the firm king size bed! The unit has pretty much everything you need, although it has all the utensils, plates, cups and glasses, there was only a big pot in the kitchen, no pans or little pots to cook. The 24 hour concierge was nice and they were very helpful. We would recommend it to a friend. The only down side is that it was not that clean. Maybe they confused our arrival time! Over all, we had a great week there!

  Owner response: Hi Guys, I'm glad you guys had a good time and apologize if the apartment was not as clean as ist should have been, I will speak to my cleaning people. So sorry about the pots and pans, I guess it's because I only grill food on my indoor grill but I will be buying pots and pans now for future visits.... Rob

  I loved staying at this great apartment. The lobby was very inviting too. The light and airiness of the unit was terrific. All I needed was a toothbrush; everying else was provided by the owner. It was a really exciting place. I'm a shopping junkie, so being able to walk to department stores made this experience memorable. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends.

  I stayed at this apartment for a week in November with my husband and 1yr old. The size of the unit was great for us and even had a sofa bed that we could have used if we had a guest. It's nicely furnished and was very clean. Owner was very helpful, and readily available when we had questions after checking in. The location was PERFECT! Short walk to Times Square, Macy's area, Madison Square Garden.....just about everything was right outside the door. It was just a few blocks from the subway station that I used to commute to my office daily which was a big plus. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well. Overall very please with our stay and if we ever end up back in NYC again we'll definitely be staying here.
