Your huge deck has the advantage of being covered so that you will find it easier to read, relax and eat outside being shielded from the sun, wind and rain. We have upgraded the deck and lounge furniture from the hotel package for your comfort. This deck is totally private.

In your sight are picturesque green islands and cays set in perfect acquamarine seas. Every minute of every day your view changes. Dawn rises over St. John in shades of green, pink and gold. In the day a parasailor, a sailboat or tall ship glides lazily by. The moonrise is a show in itself. It rises like a huge fiery orb over the British island of Tortola and then makes silvery tracks across the water.

There are three beautiful and private pools hidden away in 15 tropical, landscaped acres. Stroll to the beaches, gym and two restaurants. One, the Agave Terrace, is fine dining, specializing in sea food, with a spectacular island and twinkling lights view . The other,friendly Fungi's,is right on the water,at Pineapple Beach, offering inexpensive local food and caribbean music. If you care to stroll along Pineapple Beach early in the morning you will reach Coki Beach in time to see the flying fish jump.

The layout of this condominium offers total privacy with a genuine separate bedroom. You will wake up to see the ocean and islands from your king bed.

Newly upgraded rattan jungle tapestry furniture in the sunken living room includes a comfortable new sofabed. Your personal stereo helps you create your own special atmosphere when you bring your favourite CD's.

  • I highly recommend this condo. The east side of St. Thomas is truly the best for fast and convenient access to Coki, Sapphire, and Sugar beach. You’re also 5 minutes away from Red Hook which has an array of restaurants and bars; as well as a grocery store. This condo offers a great view and is excellent for a relaxing and quiet time in St. Thomas. The owner was truly pleasant and easy to work with.

  • AS AN AIRLINE EMPLOYEE, I HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER, AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. THE OWNER WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH, HER HELPFUL INFORMATION REGARDING WHAT TO DO, WHICH BEACHES TO VISIT, WERE INVALUABLE. THERE ARE SEVERAL BEACHES, RESTAURANTS, GROCERY STORES NEARBY. THE TOWN OF RED HOOK IS 5 MIN. AWAY, THERE YOU CAN CATCH THE FERRY TO ST JOHN, WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL DAY TRIP. THE VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY, AS WELL AS THE POOLS ARE STUNNING.   • This condo was absolutely wonderful! Point Pleasant offers so much without the "hotel" feel. The pools were beautiful, the restaurants were fun, the location is great, and the views are amazing. The owner is great to work with. I will come back!

  • This condo was well furnished, clean and had a fantastic view. The cable TV, DVD player and cooler also came in handy. The resort itself is peaceful, has a great (albeit pretty expensive) restaurant and wonderful pools and nearby beaches. Point Pleasant is conveniently located a 5 minute drive from Red Hook, so it's quick and easy to get over to St. John's for even more secluded, beautiful beaches. In addition, dealing directly with the owner allowed for more personal service. It was easy to get in touch before and during our stay and we always felt cared for.

Clean, comfortable, large enough to cook and even entertain.Views are wonderful, to wake to the beautiful skies,full sails and tremendous yachts reminds you why you selected this island getaway. We took advantage of the reduced rates for the day sail and found it to be great fun.Close to everything on the island lets you take advantage all St. Thomas has to offer.
