We have beautuful hardwood floors throughout, with Persian area carpets in the living and two bedrooms. Beautiful matching sofa/love seat,and arm chair. Wood dining table, with marble top, seats six comfortably. We have cathedral ceilings, and 4 alcoves, decorated in tasteful exotic artifacts. It is an open air concept, which compliments our decor. Master Bedroom, has a comfy king size bed,and a huge shower, glass shower doors in both bathrooms. (plus a Revlon Ion hairdryer).
Off the Master Bedroom, is our patio, with 4 patio chairs, and 2 small tables. The evening sunsets are just beautiful. Our patio faces a lagoon, with many entertaining species of wildlife. They will never fail to amaze and entertain you.
The living room sports a brand new 50'(wall) Flatscreen HD TV to enjoy in your leisure moments.
All new top quality appliances throughout, glass top stove, microwave, larger refridgerator, dishwasher, and a gorgeous set of 'Whirlpool Cabrio Digital washer,(no barrel!)plus matching Quick Dry Cabrio digital dryer. We do go that extra mile for our Guests. It means a lot to us to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Free long distance phone calls across 'North America & Canada only', and free internet in our condo,(hookup)and free WIFI in the Clubhouse. Cable TV's in all 3 bedrooms. Many quality extra's in all small appliances, dishware, cookware, glasses.. There is a PlayPal playpen(crib)& highchair for the little ones.
Cleanliness is of the utmost importance, and we ensure our Condo is maintained at the highest level. Towels and linens, top quality, all color co-ordinated. We change out our linens, towels and pillows on a regular basis.

Holli was wonderful and so accommodating. She scrambled for us to get the condo ready at a minutes notice for the next nights stay and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, just as described. Will definitely come back! Tom and Holli, just wanted to say thank you so much for providing us with such a beautiful home to stay in while we vacationed. Your home is not only absolutely beautiful but clean , clean, clean! We really enjoyed our stay, everything was so accomodating, you seem to have thought of everything as far as little extras go to help make our stay so enjoyable. The property was so quiet and peaceful and close to everything, especially theme parks. The clubhouse is beautiful ,with the best tasting gourmet cappucino I have ever tasted and it was free, which was great! Thank you so much and thank you for making our stay at your lovely home so enjoyable. It truly did feel like a home away from home. My kids and my husband(who is extremely picky when it comes to where we stay for vacation) have all voted your beautiful vacation home as first choice for our vacations from now on. You really have won us over as returning guests and we are going to tell all of our friends and family about your beautiful place. Thank you so much!!!! My daughter, myself and my 2 year old grandson stayed in this condo during the baseball spring training period. We were so pleased with the place! There's not one thing I would change about it! The owners have truly thought of EVERYTHING! They were so friendly and so welcoming! We plan to stay here again anytime we are in the Orlando area. It was near everything and so easy to find our way around from this location. I highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for a "home away from home"!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

My family & I really enjoyed our time at this condo!!! Everything was so nice, clean & comfortable. The master bed was sooo comfey that I didn't even miss my own bed. This condo is truely home away from home...it has everything you need...extra towels, sheets, pot, pans, and so much more. There's many resturants, shopping strips, and all the theme parks are close by & easy to get to. I already have friends asking me where I stayed & have highly recommended them to stay here!!! We look forward to coming back next summer!!! Many thanks to Holli & Tom for making our stay so pleasurable. They were so easy to work with & most of all very trustworthy, which says alot about them & this wonderful condo!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My Family loved this home. The description of this home was very accurate. The homeowners did everything they could to make us feel at home. Thanks for making my childrens memory of Disney the best it could be.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Condo Lived Up To The Description And Then Some. The Owners Left It Amazingly Clean And I No Concerns About Letting My Child Crawl All Over The Floors. Our Daughters Loved The Pool And Club House Tom & Holli Were Extremely Accomodating And Went Above And Beyond To Help With Any Of Our Concerns. The Condo Very Peaceful With An Assortment Of Animals You Would Never Know You Were Near A Major Road. The Condo Was Close To All The Disney Parks, Universal And Seaworld. Lots Of Shopping e Target,Walmart,Publix). Will Recommend The Condo To Anyone Of My Friends Or Family MembersRecommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We rented last year this condo with my daughter and her family and was fully satisfied of the quality of this condo. We get back in Kissimee this year and rerented the condo. We found that it is a perfect place to take vacation: few minutes from all attractions, quiet place, near the main street, near the restaurants and the major market as Walmart and Target. We was feeling very secure at Sweetwater Club. We recommended it to anybody which want expenses some good time without expending a lot of money. About the owner: We are 'Tom and Holli' we love Florida, and come down often. We like to take care of our 'home away from home' We have our family and friends come visit..and they love the ambiance of it all...We live in 'chilly' Canada, (BC)..Tom was born in the USA, & I lived on Oregon for many years..We so enjoy our 'place in Kissimmee...so much to do and see..were never bored.
Why the Owner Chose Sweetwater Club:
It's all about location, and Sweetwater has it all.. minutes from Disneyworld & all Theme parks.
Great restaurants, lots of action, audience participation shows, great outlet shopping etc and wonderful Malls for those who like to shop. Huge Walmarts are close, Target stores..,Publix.. We love eating at the local restaurants, and The Earl Of Sandwich, in Downtown Disney.
We have as beautiful new Clubhouse 'inside' all new!!. New exercise weight room..great food and drink vending machines, very reasonable...and an absolute gourmet coffee machine..all the latest..cappichino (my fav) vanilla latte, hot chocolate..decaf and regular coffee....hot water for an assortment of quality teas..and filtered cold water. In the main area of the clubhouse, is the laptop station..state of the art..lots of pop ups to plug in your computers..all granite counters..and..Men & Womans washrooms are spotless..absolutely spotless. The staff are helpful and friendly..making out clubhouse special by their presence.
Property well managed, New SWC Board in place. President lives on site, which is a 'Bonus' for everyone. New Management Co.so many.great improvements in the last 10 mos..SWC is consistantly being updated, the grounds are worked on constantly to bring it up to one of the most attractive in the area.
Feel safe here, has that home feeling. Everyone makes you feel welcome.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are unique in the fact that we have our Condo Clubhouse staffed..unfortunately many around us have eliminated their staff to cut costs. We have 3 great gals, work shifts to ensure all is well, and to assist guests with questions etc. We have guests that come here year after year for their vacations.They like the 'Feel' and friendliness of everyone. We offer a wide assortment of brochures on all the attractions in Florida.
We are all home owners, most of us take care of our condo's, yes, there are some who do not, which is unfortunate. When booking a condo to rent...bare in mind..re pricing...you cannot compare 'apples to oranges'. It depends on what your expectations are...choose wisely. Its 'your' holiday, you deserve to enjoy your time with your family or friends.
