There is also a boardwalk for daily runners which is also great for sightseeing or if you want to get in on the action you can jump right into the water and go jet-skiing or parasailing. If going out to clubs is your thing Corpus has its very own mini version of Austin Texas' Sixth Street. For those of you that are in town for a concert or the theater Concrete Street Amphitheatre, The Harbor Playhouse, and American Bank Center are just minutes away. Baseball fans can take in a Corpus Christi Hooks game at Whataburger Field.
The Condominium is located minutes away from the U.S.S. Lexington, Texas State Aquarium and Museum of Science and History. Enjoy a day of shopping in downtown Corpus Christi. Walk down the beach and enjoy some oysters on the half shell and an ice cold beer. Later that night enjoy a beachfront restaurant and order some fresh seafood.
Your unit is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has a single bedroom with a queen-size bed. It has a fully-functioning kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. A set of bunkbeds for the kids with cable television. Do not worry about finding a place to park. This place did not have a queen bed, did not sleep six people. Had bugs, was very dirty, very small and the building overall was not clean... Would not go back. We left after one night. Would have left that same day but it was too late to find another place. Told owner and all she said was "I'm sorry". no refund....
Owner response:Interesting that we don't have a queen bed in the bedroom since we buy queen size sheets. This lady wanted to go to the island anyway, but when she called it was 4th of July weekend. When she called to complain there was no mention of any bugs, don't know if she's talking mosqitoes, or what. She was mad because the city blocked off all the exits in town to try and filter traffic for the fireworks. They couldn't figure out how to get back to the codo and had ridden around for an hour trying to figure it out. Funny that it was so horrible yet we have had no complaints all summer. Not only that, but someone had just checked out the same day she checked in.

We had a great time on the beach! It was clean, the pools were awesome and so was the beach. It's close to everything the Lexington, Aquarium and Waterburger Field! We'll definately go back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This has a great beach and is so convient to The State Aquarium, The Baseball Park, The Lex and Downtown. We had a very nice apt. with a great view.. Will go back.

The pictures are not for this room. The room was not cleaned. Refrigerator was dirty. The ac could not keep up. The room had a musty smell. Half of the time one or the other pool was closed. There is no hot tub available. Futon mattress needed to be cleaned(sand and stuff all over it and really needs to be replaced) Bed in bedroom squeaked every time you moved. My car got hit in parking lot. The lady in front office was not very nice. Overall I do not think I would stay here again with my family. Maybe for just a girls weekend it would be ok.
Owner response:The owner of this property can't control the office, the pool hours, or other people hitting a person's car. We no longer offer hot tubs as an amminity to this property look on the page that shows what we offer. You half to realize in South Texas you are not going to get every grain of sand off of everything in a beach condo. It is 100 degrees plus and if you keep the doors open often the place won't stay cool. We clean with bleach and other products between each person and haven't had anyother complaints all summer long. Sorry this person was unhappy. She also failed to let the owner know of her dissatisfaction so that something could be done to correct the situation. The people staying there right now have had no complaints, nor those before her.
