Hilton Head Island is the perfect vacation destination to spend countless vacations with family and friends. Enjoy a quiet, natural island setting with seemingly endless biking and walking trails throughout the island. A short bike ride or walk away is Coligny Circle- here, you will find charming gift shops, hand-made crafts, ice cream parlors, restaurants, bakeries, a wine and spirits store and the convenience of a supermarket. Prepare any meal you like in the complete kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, disposal and all cooking utensils that you can possible need!
Plan outings on one of the championship golf courses or take the kids to the waterfun park which is a short walk away. Free local phone service is included, 32 inch cable TV and DVD all located in the living room. ALL three bedrooms have cable TV/VCR, full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located next to master bedroom. All bedrooms have queen-size beds and private bathrooms. Linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Central heating and cooling system along with rear deck for comfort. Three on-site pools and tennis courts for extra enjoyment and the beach is just a short walk.

*Weekly rentals are saturday through saturday.
*Check-in after 4:00 pm /check out by 12:00 noon.

*50% deposit required within 7 days to confirm reservation *PLUS* $250.00 security deposit (separate check) which will be refunded upon final inspection of townhouse.
*Rates included bed linen, towels and starter supply of toiletries.
NOTE: Daily maid service not included.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Breeze
We chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because the ease of driving to it. We never have to worry about airports and the uncertainty of traveling abroad; and frankly, it has everything you could possibly want on a vacation, sun, beautiful beaches, a nice leisure pace, plenty of restaurants and interesting people. A stay on Hilton Head Island is affordable, so what else does one need!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The unique benefits we enjoy while staying on our property is a feeling of complete relaxation. Being here seems to charge our "batteries" and gives us the energy to take on another year of life. Our villa/townhouse has every amenity (including internet hook-up)so it really feels like another home away from home.

My wife and I visited Hilton Head Island over 26 years ago with a group of friends, and there was only one traffic light in the Low Lands at the time. So much of the land was vacant, but you could almost envision then how much the island and the surrounding area would blossom! Since that first year, we continued to visit at least once a year until we just decided to buy our own place so that others could share and enjoy this beautiful island resort. Happy vacation, one and all!!
