Beautiful pool and bay views from the balcony of this third story Condo in a quiet beach community. Watch wildlife from the lanai such as gators, egrets, and herons. The building boasts elevator access, tennis courts and pool as well as a minute's walk to a breathtaking beach! This portion of Estero Island's beach is the widest and softest in southwest Florida!
Beach activities usually include volleyball and live music from nearby venues with canopied chairs and jet-ski rentals available. Boating, fishing, new release dinner-movie theater, shopping plaza, and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk of the front door.
The Condo is located just a block from Santini Plaza and Fish-Tale Marina, near the southern end of the island, a more quiet end away from the heavy traffic of the bridge and downtown area. A trolley will pick you up to take you for the short ride to Times Square, downtown Fort Myers Beach, to stroll and fish the lengthy pier or have a night out at a huge variety of shops, bars, and restaurants with music venues.
Island activities abound with parasailing, pontoon boat charters for only $99 for the afternoon, boat tours to Key West, fishing charters, and a State Park within walking distance! A pharmacy & medical Center are very close.
The international airport is only about a 30 minute drive with available taxi, shuttle and limousine services available.
The Condo itself is open and spacious with wall to wall sliding windows out to a screened lanai. The master suite has walk-in closet, king-size bed with luxury pillow mattress,cable TV, sliding doors to lanai, double vanity, extra-large shower, and luxurious linens. The guest bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with adjoining bathroom and cable TV/DVD player in the bedroom as well as pool views. A fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook extends to a dining area with a pool view.
