Flagler Beach is a quaint beach community located on Florida's east coast, just minutes from historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and only about an hour to Orlando.
Enjoy the heated pool and private walkway to the beach. This condo views the Atlantic Ocean from the screened lanai, living and dining rooms, kitchen and master suite. The screened lanai is set up for relaxing and is a great place to start your day. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean, while watching the pelicans cruise by.
Master bed: The master suite has a king size bed, dresser with mirror, two night-stands with lamps, alarm clock, walk-in closet,a desk with computer and speakers, wireless internet access, TV/DVD, cordless telephone with answering machine and ceiling fan. There is an ocean view through triple windows encased in beautiful plantation shutters.
Master Bath: The spacious master bath has a step-up garden tub and shower, which is perfect for a relaxing bath or a quick shower. Double sink vanity with cultured marble.
2nd Bed: The second bedroom has a queen size bed, triple dresser with mirror, night stand, table lamp, telephone, alarm clock and chair. This room has view of the Ocean Palms golf course.
3rd Bed: The third bedroom has a queen size bed, 10 drawer dresser, night stand, cordless telephone, table lamp, alarm clock, TV/DVD player.
Living Room: The living room offers views of the Atlantic ocean, through triple sliding glass doors opening onto a screened lanai setup with two chairs, cocktail table and a stainless BBQ Grill. This room has plenty of space to relax. It is furnished with comfy denim Laz-Z-Boy sofa and loveseat, cocktail table, end tables with storage and a cordless telephone. The entertainment center contains a TV and DVD/CD player.
Dining Room: Enjoy the ocean view and listen to the waves roll in while eating in the dining room, done in Thomasville's Country Cottage theme. Bakers rack, oval table seats up to six, additionally there are three bar stools at the breakfast counter.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator-freezer, with automatic ice maker, glass top oven/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, George Forman grill, dishes, pots and pans, tea kettle and lots of extra kitchen utensils.
Comments: Other ammenities to ensure a comforatable stay include a heated pool outside shower, shaded area with seating and tables under cover, chaise lounges and restrooms. The ground floor units can use BBQ Grills outside on their patios. Private walkway to the beach. This unit has air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet access, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, scale, fax machine, extra linens, beach towels, beach tent, two beach chairs, boogie board, bocci ball game, playing cards and two fishing poles.
Activities and Attractions: Flagler Beach offers over six miles of uncrowded beaches. Walk to the first tee, 9 hole golf course/driving range just a wedge away from the door, 6 other courses including LPGA within 20 minutes drive. To the North you will find lots of world class golf courses many of which are designed by some of the biggest names in pro golf. To the South there is the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the John F Kennedy Space Center which make nice day trips. You can visit the 144 acre Gamble Rogers Memorial State Park where opportunities to view wildlife are endless. Snack Jacks, walk down the beach to one of Florida's funkies beach bars. For fine dining in town there is Blue, Turtle Shack and Fisherman's Net. For family dining there is Martins, Golden Lion and Shark House. There is also a fishing pier and surf board rentals by the pier. You can enjoy many other activites such as swimming, fishing, boating, snorkeling, jet skiing, windsurfing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, and sightseeing. There is a launch ramp and a the world of intracoastal fishing is just 10 minutes away. Canoe/kayak and bicycle rentals are available in the state park north of the condo. You may even want to visit the nearby outlet stores in historic St. Augustine just 40 minutes north, as well as Fort Castille De San Marco, and the dozens of shops and restaurants in the town center. Looking for adventure? Famous Daytona Beach and all it's wonders a just 20 minutes south on A1A. All within one to two hours are Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios.
