Welcome to Bella Lago at Bay Beach Unit 332, a beautiful new Mediterranean-style condominium, overlooking a fountain-sprayed lake with a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico! Built in 2006, this third floor luxury condo is located at the up-scale south end of Fort Myers Beach across the street from our private beach access. Just steps away, you can enjoy the clubhouse, fitness center, sun deck, large heated pool, hot tub, and sandy beach.
The spacious two bedroom unit (1,571 square feet) with nine foot ceilings is decorated in tropical, Tommy Bahama style. In the mornings, step through the sliding glass doors onto the furnished lanai to view the sunrise and watch the blue herons and egrets fishing in Bella Lago ("beautiful lake"). In the evenings, enjoy beautiful sunsets over the gulf from the den.
The unit is comfortable for families or couples traveling together. The master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and luxury over-sized bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds, which can be converted to a king bed, and a private bath. Closing the sliding pocket door in the hall makes this area into a second private suite. Sleeping accommodations for additional guests include a queen sofa sleeper in the family room and a twin sleeper chair in the den.
Everything you will need for the perfect vacation is provided. The kitchen features new dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and maintenance-free Corian countertops. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, small appliances, dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils. All linens, even beach towels, are included. A full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located in the unit, allowing you to pack light. We recently installed WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS to allow you to keep in touch during your vacation.
Bella Lago at Bay Beach is a convenient four-story security building with 12 units. The building is furnished with an elevator and secured covered parking garage. A large private storage unit in the garage is convenient for storing your beach gear, sand toys, and other athletic equipment. A no smoking, no pet policy has been implemented for the health and comfort of all our guests.
Many activities to make your vacation complete are within walking distance. These include: beach, golf course, marina with boat rental, fishing pier, tennis courts, restaurants, shopping, and evening entertainment. Just a short drive or a ride on the quaint, local trolley will take you to the hustle and bustle of Fort Myers public beach and fishing pier, restaurants, shops, water sport activities, churches, museums, and movie theater.
