Come home to a beautiful, fully furnished, light-filled condo on the second row at Surfside Beach--just steps from the ocean. Enjoy the attractions of Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area without all the crowds. Very quiet area with a laid back atmosphere just eight blocks from Surfside Pier.
The master of the house can enjoy the mornings on a private balcony off of the master bedroom. The large, main balcony is accessible from both the living room and the second bedroom with private bath. The first two bedrooms feature queen size beds and cable TV's with a DVD/VCR in the master, and the third bedroom features twin beds (great for kids) with a fourth TV with DVD player with connections for video game consoles. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating, cable TV, a DVD/VCR and a stereo. It also has a fold out sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all a good cook needs, lots of counter space and plenty of dishes for a crowd. The dining table seats six and there is seating at the bar. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a closet adjacent to the kitchen.

Why the Owner Chose Islander
I grew up at a small very quiet and isolated beach. We were looking for a new beach that was quiet but everything was close by. We looked through Georgia and S.C. and discovered Surfside and we were hooked.

Spacious Uncrowded beach. No high rise condos full of people to crowd the beach. Quiet but close to grocery shopping entertainment and good restaurants.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at your vacation home at the end of June 2011! Everything was well cared for and clean. Our children loved the pool, and the beach was very close and convenient for a family with small children! The location of this condo is also wonderful, because it is an end unit, it feels more private than most of the units. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home! We hope to be back next year!

We stayed in this condo for a week in February 2011 while visiting family and watching our daughter and son run the Myrtle Beach Marathon. We could not have asked for a better place. The condo is clean, spacious and well-equipped. I'm an early riser and like to see the sunrise over the ocean. The beach is right across the street. Even on the few mornings when it was too chilly for a beach walk at 6:30 a.m., we had a great view of the sunrise from the bedroom and living room.. It's a quiet location yet close enough to stores and restaurants. We highly recomment this place

We would like to tell everyone that The Islander is awesome. Clean, functional, and a really wonderful price. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the condo fit everyone comfortably. We cooked out on the grills and swam in the pool and the beach access is right across the street from the condo. We are keeping this condo on deck for next year and years to come. Clean, neat, and everything up to date. Thank you for allowing us to have this much fun and do it last minute.

We had a delightful stay in this wonderful condo. We have stayed at the Islander for the last 24 years, but never in this condo. This year we had the joy of taking our first grandbaby (almost a year old) so we needed more space. The 3 BR spacious accommodations were perfect for us and provided plenty of individual privacy for our six adults and baby. It's a very child friendly place and we can hardly wait for vacation next year! The owners were wonderful and gracious in their communications with us, and that was an added bonus!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the condo. It is well maintained and very close to the beach. The beach access is right across the street. The condo has a covered parking spot, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of room to relax. Very nice view of the ocean from the outside balcony. My only complaint would be the sofa bed needs replaced. The frame seemed bent so it dipped in the middle. The condo grounds were very clean and has a nice swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again. I would also recommend eating at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville @ Broadway at the Beach and at Crabby Mike's Seafood Buffet in Surfside.

We absolutely loved this condo - it was very comfortable, extremely clean, and one of the best stocked units we have ever stayed at. It is also in a convenient location that was really quiet and the beach was never too crowded to enjoy. We will definitly be back again...and again.
