ADDRESS- 11 PLANTERS WOOD COURT near Harbour Town in Sea Pines is a PREMIERE RATED, UPDATED DECOR, four bedrooms, three baths PRIVATE POOL AND SPA home located in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island just slightly away from all the hustle and bustle -- in a quieter residential area, but close enough to all the activities to make it enjoyable. Our house is professionally re-decorated with all-new furniture and fresh new paint, inside and out. We take pride in the fact that our house has quality furnishings and decorating, and is kept clean for our guests.
Our family vacation home is located in the center of Sea Pines Plantation Resort in a residential area referred to as the Plantation Area. Our family visits the home three times a year to make necessary repairs and renovations to keep our home in premiere condition. The Ocean Course and the new Heron Point by Pete Dye golf courses are within this area. The scenic Lawton Stables, historic Baynard Ruins, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and the personal vegetable and flower gardens for many of Sea Pines' residents are also nearby. The beautiful horses and pastures are a visual treat unique to the Plantation Community of Sea Pines. Because of its central location within Sea Pines, the house is conveniently close to many Sea Pines amenities - the beach, Harbour Town, The Shoppes of Sea Pines and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

This VRBO web site is used primarily to market the property and showcase all of its amenities. The actual renting and management is handled by Sea Pines Resorts. Sea Pines manages hundreds of other properties and has designated our home as one of only forty premiere rated home. Actual bookings/payments will be handled by Sea Pines which should alleviate all of your concerns. LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE:
There are TWO MASTER SUITES with private baths. The downstairs master suite, with a view of, and private access to the pool, has a king sized bed with private bath while the second master suite is upstairs for extra privacy and has two queen size beds. Also downstairs are one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with twin beds.
The Living Room and Carolina room have a wooded view. Step out of the Carolina room or the living room onto the large deck overlooking the 17 by 30 free form pool and spa, which can be heated for an additional charge. The large private backyard is bordered by an empty wooded lot.
The great room with HDTV, large fully equipped eat in kitchen and separate Carolina room create an atmosphere conducive to family and friendship. This home is ideal for large families, two foursomes or two families vacationing together.
The house is a short bike ride to Harbour Town, the Beach or to the Sea Pines Beach Club. This area of the Beach is for Sea Pines guest only and has a life guard on duty. Sea Pines Beach Club also has an Oceanfront bar, snack bar, restaurant serving dinners, restrooms, and activities for children during the summer months.

We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your place in H.H.. We were there from 4/10/09 to 4/20/09 for the Heritage. We loved staying at your home!!! The amenities were wonderful and our kids had a fabulous time in the pool and hot tub. Esp. appreciated the WiFi!! That was really helpful. We have been to HH many times but really enjoyed this location. It was a quick bike ride to all the places we like to go. Would definitely consider staying here again.
