Danielle Lodge was a great cabin to spend a long MLK Weekend with 11 other wonderful friends. The hot tub overlooking the stream was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was great to have a stocked kitchen with all of the cookware. Very intelligent having plastic wine glasses and cups. :) Note: Downstairs is all tile. So make sure you bring your slippers!

We decided to go somewhere new for thanksgiving this year. Between our to families, we had 4 adults and 6 children. Our stay at the Danielle Lodge was beyond anything we had ever expected! The lodge was beautiful, fully stocked, and very inviting. We were able to cook a 20 pound turkey and all of the side dishes without a problem in the kitchen. The scenery outside was breathtaking, the walking trails were fun to explore and the snow just added to the fun. We will be reserving the cabin again for a future trip!

We stayed at this cabin for the weekend. The location is incredible (although not that close to leavenworth). It is located right above the water just like the picture reflects. The view is incredible. Don't forget about the private sandy beach located neart the driveway. Great for laying out and relaxing. It has a great sized yard to run around in, play games, or sit around the firepit. We had a great time floating the river. The grounds were very well maintained with everything clean and operational and the cabin has pretty much everything you need for cooking. The hot tub never seemed to get to a hot temperature, though that may have been operator error. The only thing I was dissapointed with, was the actual size of the cabin itself. If you are planning a trip for anymore than 8 people, I would not recommend this place. It was the perfect size for our group of 8, but in my opinion, any more would be crowded. The rooms are an average size, and they all are queen sized bunk beds (as stated) and there is one small room with a double bed. The living room picture on the site is showing you the majority of the house, besides the bedrooms, and what you see is what you get. It may sleep 16... but you'd be packed. Other than the size, this place has plenty of room outside and is very private. Out of all the cabins nearby, I would definitely say this is the best. All things considered, I would definitely come back.

We were a group of 8 people including 2 children who visited the Danielle lodge for the labour day week end. We totally enjoyed ourselves...an absolutely relaxing experience... we were totally impressed with the way every small need was thoughtfully provided for, like family games, books to read, a hammock to relax, sand toys for the kids, X-box games, the variety in utensils in the kitchen, some basic cooking ingredients... the whole thing felt like a well equipped house..!!!! We look forward to planning more visits to the resort soon :))

what a wonderful place. Beautiful house, perfect location, and great ownership. We have been doing an annual ski trip for a number of years, and this is by far our favorite place. That's why we kep coming back!

Our group of college friends (graduates of 1968 from Central WA University) gather for a weekend together at a different place in the State each year. Danielle Lodge fit our needs so well. It was cozy (with no need for a wood burning fire), with a bed for each of our aging bodies :-) , plenty of room for comraderie and of course we cooked several meals and ate a lot. Even tho there were two small TV screens, we didn't use them. We spent our time enjoying one another and hiking outside. We would recommend this lodge to anyone.

We stayed at the Danielle Lodge last weekend and had a wonderful time. We found the accommodations very clean and comfortable. The property as described on the internet was all that and more! The river was at top flow, roaring by the deck -- so we were about as close as you could be without actually standing in it! The hot tub was crystal clear and nice and hot! We did it all! This was a group of my high school friends on our annual rafting trip, we are now in our 50s -- times flies! So we visited on the deck, in the hot tub, around the campfire. BBQed hamburgers, watched movies, played horseshoes, laid in the hammock! My 12 year old daughter came and played in the sand on the beach! My 84 year old mother came and stayed with her while we white water rafted, all were very comfortable in the lodge. I would highly recommend this lodge, and will come back. It is secluded, but not far from town. Our group went white water rafting with Osprey Rafting, 21 miles with class 3 plus rapids and we had a blast! We ate at Gustav's for dinner and Sandy's in Leavenworth for Breakfast and they were great.

Seven pastors met at Danielle Lodge for a study retreat. The lodge and the setting are beautiful! We enjoyed the sound of the river, the spectacular fall colors, and the quiet of the woods. The cabin was roomy and comfortable; the seating was conducive to long conversations. We had a blast; we'll be back!

One of our friends is getting married this year and 10 of us decided to have a weekend get away for the girls. We picked Danielle's Lodge because of it's size. It was perfect for us! Our overall experiene was wonderful and relaxing. Fitting 10 girls in one cabin can be pretty tricky, but it worked out great! The grounds are beautiful and I would definately recomend this cabin for any type of get away, summer or winter.

This is such an amazing place to spend time away from home and feel comfortable and relaxed. We went there to have our family reunion and it was great. We will probably go again next year. :-D

We just returned from a terrific 3 day family weekend at Oma Lodge. The lodge had all the amenities for the 15 of us and more. We liked the two lofts...one for adults the other for the children. The snow was cold and deep and the cabin warm and cozy! To round out our stay we rented snowmobiles and took a family sleigh ride in Plain. Thanks Brunners!

A group of 8 (including myself) stayed here in Feb of 2006. It was fabulous!! We watched the sunrise from the loft, stayed in the hot tub for hours, and enjoyed the serentiy of the wilderness. We walked along the river and spotted wild turkeys, and rented snow mobiles down the road. The only downside was the sulfer smell of the water, but the upside greatly outways that. I can't wait to visit again!
